This is the first time I was ever compelled to post a online response. Thank you for your feature on Quetzalcotal! oddly enough I experienced a vivid dream that felt so surrealistic that left an impression on me. In the dream I saw this creature and upon setting eyes on it my only reference was “its some type of dragon” and a distinct voice says “It’s not dragon it’s a Feathered Wind Serpent.” I immediately bolted out of sleep and jotted down “feathered wind serpent” and I was compelled to make a note to follow-up a do a little research before ~ I was blown away that my search led me to Quetzalcotal. The visual displays in your video are reminiscent to my dream, however, the amazing graphic artist for this video presentation definitely surpasses the representation of the feathered wind serpent that I recall from my dream. I still feel there is a lot more to this myth or legend that may have some greater significance to all truth seekers. I’m definitely intrigued. Bravo!

The oldest god worshipped by humans was a dragon/ serpent. Evidence goes back 80,000 years ago before humans migrated out of Africa. The aboriginal Australians legend of the rainbow serpent goes back ok 70,000 years. Chinese and Japanese dragons. At some point they became associated with evil. Aophes from Egypt.

I’ve always been fascinated intrigued by this mysterious being Quetzalcoatl. I wonder how Cortez felt when the Aztecs believed he was the return of Quetzalcoatl.

So we have no proof that Aztecs believe Cortez was Quetzalcoatl.
This story was most likely spread by the Spaniards themselves to downplay the Aztec empire and its people as dumb pagans.
