He’s getting it. Not for crashing the plane but because after he said he didn’t know where it had crashed. it was found out he had recovered the plane chopped it up and deposited it in various trash cans.
Doing it for the likes 🤦🏻♂️ he deserves to be jailed for obviously trying to hide the evidence 🤦🏻♂️

Umm actually this short tells you that he entered into a plea agreement with the state so probably little if any real jail time. BUT HOWEVER, because he did it in a plane, the federal government alongside the FAA could take up charges. But probably won’t because no one was hurt.

20 years is not fair he didnt kill, rob or kidnapped somebody moreover he lost his plane
10 years would been enough for sending wrong message to the society.

No, DEATH. he could have easily blown up like a childrens’ hospital or something awful like that.
He had no way of knowing if their were any hikers or just anything down on the ground that the plane could have killed. I’m sure he planned it over a desolate area but you just have no full way of knowing beyond a shadow of a doubt that you wouldn’t kill someone.
He knew alright. He deliberately crashed it in the middle of a condor sanctuary. He knew prior to the flight where he was going to crash it. Not only could he have killed those birds but he could have started a catastrophic wild fire as it was wildfire season. that could have caused loss of lives and peoples homes as there were homes not too far away
Sentenced to prison …..
Not a huge deal. He got his license back. Got sentenced to six months in prison, but not for jumping on the plane only for cleaning up the evidence that he was told not to they got him for interfering with an investigation. Nothing else.
Shameful.

Kind of old news, it was all over RUclips last year or when ever it was, several people made comment/reaction videos about it already. what some will do to make views, very sad.
I never heard of this before. Im not one for looking into the life's of every RUclips idiot and what they do for clickbait. I'm sure I'm not alone in that. You are right about what people will do for views though...
He spent that past year _denying_ that he faked the engine issue. Last week he signed a plea agreement and admitted to everything,,, that's what is new.

@@Grimkeeper17 If you got out of your car at the top of a hill, and let it roll down a country road past farm houses and campsites, and then disposed of the wreck before the cops got there, you would be facing a more substantial sentence than someone who crashed accidentally. The obstruction charge is the federal charge... reckless endangerment of people on the ground could have been done as a state level charge.
