Too early to be a pregnant doe showing that much, I think she is just a fatty! Does get bred October - December usually in areas with snow cover in the USA, so at most she is 2 months pregnant, so I doubt she would be showing so much.

nothing but deer, they have a corner on that area, various aged bucks and maybe a pregnant doe at night, cool!
