I once had a chat with a VERY renowned international Archviz studio owner and he told me he's not interested in working for Architects any more as it's, most of the time, a huge PITA frustrating waste of time and effort.
In my experience, and with some exceptions, I would totally agree.

Haha, yeah, luckily there are literally hundreds of thousands of architecture firms out there, and not all are like that.
It really is just a matter of finding a right match, since above all, architects are humans, and humans can be great, or complete assholes :)
The other good thing is that you don't need more than a first phone call with someone to see if they are going to be annoying to work with, or fun. So if you have a decent screening process, you usually end up working only with people you enjoy working with.

I wonder why the quality youtube channels dont have much subscribers, not just the case with this channel only but on general, the artist whose every video is so much practical and reflects the cream of their experience. I usually see under 5k subscriber to such channel, is there anything wrong in youtube algorithm or the artist dont know about how to grow youtube channel or dont have enough time to post videos regularly due to lack of time. Whatever the reason but we lack the core knowledge and even the paid courses sucks sometimes, i was having hard time to add trees and finally landed to this channel after 2 years of struggle. Please if you have good channels that match your quality then recommend them in your upcoming videos, i will share with my cg groups, i already shared your webinar becoz after watching this beautiful gem they will stick there. Thanks a lot dear.

Hi Rajendra, thanks for the kind words and sharing your thoughts. I genuinely don't know how YT algorithm works and even though I've dedicated this year to posting more regularly and trying to engage a bit more, it is still incredibly complicated to grow this channel for now. Sometimes I think it's due to the longer format that my videos have whereas most people generally like 2-3 minutes videos that go straight to the point. I personally don't like it and don't want to make such videos.
Thank you very much for sharing this channel and the little webinar I did with Forest Digital to your cg groups, I hope people will find it valuable!
I will definitley try to put together a video regarding other channels that I do follow and find useful, thanks for suggesting it :)
