- In this video, I'll show you a detailed step-by-step guide on how to make an oak table. But this isn't just any table-it's a masterpiece with inlay from other types of wood. We will start by preparing the materials and designing the table, then move on to crafting the legs and frame. For joining the legs, I'll use the Festool Domino, ensuring a reliable and strong connection.
Throughout the process, I'll share my woodworking secrets, including sanding and oil finishing to achieve a smooth and shiny surface. You'll learn how to choose and apply wood oil properly, so your table looks perfect.
This project is suitable for both professionals and DIY enthusiasts who want to enhance their woodworking and furniture-making skills. You'll get valuable tips and tricks to help you achieve excellent results.

You guys have my respect, you build beautiful furniture, great job!
Всю жизнь работал с металлом, и все что вы делаете с деревом для меня на уровне волшебства.
Now that's one heck of a design, you should be proud of your craftmanship. NICE!!!

I haven't see using the large Festool tenons as a part of the visual appeal of the project before. Neat idea! I love how you tweaked mother nature's live edge. Really appealing!!! Keep up the great work.

Thanks for watching.
Sempre com trabalhos lindos 👍👍
Obrigado por ver.
A delightful piece and the video is your usual high quality. I’ve been woodworking for well over 45 years and I would be happy if I had made this piece. Would I have made it differently? Yes. Would it have been better or worse? No, just different.
I’m interested as to why you switched glues? PV to PU to PV. I must admit I don’t like PU glues - too messy. If I want a slow cure, I use epoxy glues or Cascamite.
If you want the oak to stay as natural a colour as possible, I would recommend Natura Onecoat hard wax oil in natural mist. By far the most natural finish for light coloured woods that I have come across. Goes further and costs less than Rubio.
Thanks for the review and advice.
@@WDRestoration I wouldn’t say it was advise so much as a suggestion or a recommendation. I think the product is now on Amazon
Bellísima! Gracias por compartir. Saludos!

Very nice! I like the faster way :) Do you think the table would have been very strong the other way? Looking forward to your next video!

.So much fancy equipment to do such a job, well...
After soo many epoxy tables the inlay is very nice. My question is there enough room for knees while sitting at the table?
BeautifUl

Thanks for watching.
Виглядає прикольно.
Great video! What finish do you use here? Thanks!
Hello!I like your work, what kind of finishing do you use?
Astonishingly beautiful, as usual.
Excuse me! What is the tool in the woodworker's hand in the thumbnail image ?
Click bait! I was waiting for it too!😂
This image was generated by an AI that doesn't know anything about woodworking 😂
Aparentemente é uma plaina manual, como chamamos aqui, mas talvez no seu país seja diferente a tradução.
👍🏻
how do you ensure the router bit and inlay are the same size? Are you running the inlays through a planner?
So we drove through the planer.
Museum quality. Your great, great grandchildren will be proud owners one day. Keep up the good videos and work.
Thanks for watching.
Etwa 18:10 sieht man an der oberen Querzarge eine helle Linie quer zur Faser. Ist das auch eine Intarsienarbeit, oder nur eine optische Täuschung?
👍👍👍👍👍
Красиво !
