I love my small thrift store. Good will near me has just become over pricey. They had a our generation doll but it was the same price as a new one in the store 😱 good finds though💕💕💕
Sorry deleted my comment as it was the wrong doll. Her head markings gave her away, sometimes the body ones can be misleading. She is Honeybunch. Honeybunch" was created by the Ideal Toy Company in the mid 1950's. She has a vinyl head with rooted curly hair that was originally in a ponytail style. Her body was also made of vinyl which was stuffed with cotton. Her body is entirely one piece and her legs and bottom are formed so she is in a permanent sitting position. She has a metal mechanism on the back of her neck which apparently allowed for a "Ma-Ma" voice. Apparently she came in two hairstyles curly and longer curly done up in ponytail or half ponytail, flirty eyes or sleep eyes, and sizes 15, 17, 19,21 and 23.
Fabulous! Thank you so much. "Ma-ma" sounds like it too. What an amazing find huh! I'm so impressed and even happier with this doll. She still makes the ma-ma sound too. I have some work to do with her hair but she's a prize. Thank you ❤️ 😊
