Scallops deserved at least an A tier. Also when talking about squid, the number one squid dish is Calamari and I would say Calamari is an S tier when you have the tentacles, and an A tier when it's just the rings.
There used to be a Japanese restaurant near my apartment that had fried jellyfish as an appetizer. It looked like a bunch of nerves on a plate. The meat tasted like... Nothing? It pretty much tasted like whatever they fried it in, and was very chewy. I would only eat it just to freak out my tourist friends. That being said, C tier, imo.
