Starfield - Best Ship You Can Build At Your Outpost

In this video I build a ship at the shipbuilder you can construct at your outpost, and try to build the best ship available from only the parts available there.
Character Level is above 40, and I have max skill in piloting and starship design. I am not on NG+.
