The settings have been changed, so all is good now, well, there's maybe one more video being released with a bit of flicker, for some reason on 50 and 60 Hertz there was flickering, and some of the time on both there was no flickering. They have it at the stand where you bought the soy milk, normally I prefer the rice ball than the scallion pancake. Find a goose restaurant, that is a speciality of Taiwan cuisine.

The sticky rice is kept hot in a bucket of wood on steam, the vender would make it in front of you, the stuffing usually includes: the fried bread stick, pork floss dried radish, egg is usually un option. When you get your Taiwanese rice ball it's always hot.
Hello Dan. Next time if you want to read any foreign language please use Google lens on your phone. It's has a feature to translate any languages to your understanding languages. You can use it to read signboards, menu at restaurant and maybe read catalog. To use it clicks the camera symbol at the right of google search then click the translate tab after that aim your camera to the word you want to translate. It's work at the place that have internet coverage. Hope that help any country you travel. 😁

⁃ 第二名：滬杭豆漿。忠孝東路善導寺對面的華山市場二樓。厚餅油條加蛋！讚！唯一的遺憾是在第二代接手，擴張營業後價格大漲，品質不如從前。且排隊太長，因為旅行團早上第一站往往是到此開張！最佳時段是11:30左右午餐前，隊比較短。
⁃ 第三名：仁愛路宏恩醫院旁的豆漿店。燒餅油條不錯。不用排隊。
⁃ 第四名：萬華新鮮豆漿店。中華路二段南海路口附近。
蟹殼黃燒餅：
⁃ 唐記燒餅：金山南路和金華街口。鹹燒餅不錯。蘿蔔絲餅更佳。厚餅不及南門市場後面的。
⁃ 民生社區新中街上小店（麵店和生煎包店中間）：黒芝麻燒餅料足味佳。價格貴了一點，但還可以接受。any price for good taste!
⁃ 老宜記：南門市場旁巷子裏。75-80分的水準。
⁃ 萬華蟹殼黃：萬大路西藏路口。算是中上的水準。
菜包
⁃ 正饌素食：長春路遼寧街口。包子餡料多物亷價美。幾種口味都有吃頭，尤其雪菜包。芝麻酥餅很有味道！椒鹽芝麻好吃！
⁃ 康記老麵包子：寧波西街和南昌路口 。菜包第一名。豆沙包亦佳！肉包也不錯。原來汀州路康樂意包子的師傅出來開的。最近有退步，餡放少了。大概是物價上漲吧！
乾麵
⁃ 好味老店珍珠餛飩：康定路上三水市場對面。乾麵加珍珠餛飩湯，NT$80+， Can't beat that! 乾麵加點辣，更加有味道。
⁃ 美景：忠孝東路頂好市場地下商場和食街內。担担麵和紅油抄手是必點！小時候的味道。好吃！只有十多個位子，排隊等候要有耐心！
⁃ 林家乾麵：泉州街建中旁。魚丸蛋包湯佳！
豬腳
⁃ 富霸王豬腳：四平街南京東路松江南京站。有腿扣，腿節，和脚腣三部分可以選。扣就是前爪，多筋。腿節是我比較常點的，有筋有肉。腳腣可以避免，太肥太多肉，除非喜歡吃肉。不過，看去吃的時間，腿節常沒有。因為他們分批燒，而且外賣便當優先。滷肉飯亦佳。苦瓜（經常沒有賣），筍，滷豆腐乾，燙青菜，加上蘿蔔排骨湯！第一名！切記，11:30 不到門口就排長龍了。我們每個月必去報到一兩次，油水是很重要的，外加潤腸功效！
斤餅
⁃ 清真中國牛肉麵：延吉街137巷靠忠孝東路口。斤餅，合菜帶帽，京醬肉絲，牛肉肚絲拼盤，清燉牛肉湯。小菜都還不錯。斤餅包合菜帶帽夾葱醬味道甚佳。不要錯過！
肉圓
⁃ 南機場夜市內小攤位：下午1:30開始賣，賣完收攤，通常四點不到就賣完了。我不吃肉圓的。每次看一堆人排隊，好奇之下去試了一次。還真不錯！
滷肉飯
⁃ 金鋒：南門市場旁。聽說稅捐處專門派人站崗數人頭，因為他的生意太好了！我是覺得滷肉飯要配豬腳好吃，所以總是去富霸王。
粽子
⁃ 湖州肉粽以鼎泰豐排第一！冷凍外賣回家自己煮。
⁃ 南門市場的南園和蔡萬興老店的都可。
酒釀芝麻湯圓
⁃ 蔡萬興第一名！和平東路廈門街口。有一次碰巧吃到了他們的元宵，很好吃！可惜正月十五日經常不在台北。
⁃ 八棟：南機場夜市內。水平不錯。
小籠包
⁃ 鼎泰豐：沒話說！#1！
⁃ 明月湯包：基隆路二段通化街171巷內。小籠包和鍋貼都不錯。吻仔魚炒飯要試一下。酸辣湯也是常點的。
牛肉蒸餃
⁃ 福大山東蒸餃大王：中山北路南京東路口附近的巷子內。牛肉蒸餃甚佳。配紫菜蛋花湯和炸醬麵。小菜也不錯。
⁃ 頂好紫琳：東區頂好商圈地下室。另一家在富霸王豬腳對面巷子內。鍋貼和蒸餃都可以。夏天時有綠豆粥很不錯！
餡餅+麵
⁃ 半畝園：大安路東風街口。餡餅，炸醬麵，捲餅，小菜，蒸餃。我個人認為比朱記餡餅好吃。聽說最近也退步了些。得再去試試。
⁃ 餅王：民生社區富錦街三民路口。捲餅，葫瓜水餃，竹筍湯。不差！
海鮮
⁃ 新東南海鮮餐廳： 汀洲路南海路口。重點菜有白鯧魚米粉，紅鱘米糕，丁香魚臭豆腐，蒜香中卷，等等。人多才行。兩三個人就吃別的吧。
夜市
⁃ 寧夏夜市：我們都認為這裡比士林夜市好很多。夜市外的賴記蚵仔煎是必吃。比夜市內的另外兩家要好。炸芋頭內包蛋黃的攤子經常大排長龍。炸臭豆腐也是可以吃的。吃完夜市往捷運站走，右手邊的雙連圓仔湯店是要進去品嚐一下的。冰品和甜湯均佳。是逛完夜市後的完美句點！
烤鴨
⁃ 龍都餐廳：烤鴨兩吃，第二吃要選鴨架去煮稀飯！回味無窮。甚難訂位。平日中午去機會比較好。週末要數週前訂才有。
⁃ Update: 龍都近來退步，反而 陶然亭 的烤鴨比他好。可以一試。
日本菜
⁃ 上引立吞：這裡已經被香港遊客攻陷。位於民族東路濱江街魚市場。是三井日式料理主導的。立呑即站著吃。香港人愛吃，門口門內廣東話不絕於耳。材料新鮮。比較方便又劃算的是買個便當回家吃。烤好的魚頭或鯖魚都有。加上各種壽司，包括軟殼蟹壽司，均可買了外食。還有燒烤區專賣燒烤的海鮮。加上帝王蟹。應有盡有！值得一試！
⁃ 魚心日本料理：吉林路南京東路口。老店價格合理加上味道不錯。豬排飯價廉物美。鰻魚飯也佳。
⁃ 大和：復興南路長春路口。也是老店。東西水準以上。
芒果冰
⁃ 冰館 Ice Monster：綠豆冰也很好吃。總是覺得花$280吃碗冰實在離譜，可是此乃夏天到台北必須要去的，也只有咬牙享受了！鮮芋仙一碗冰也不過$60+而已。貴族的享樂！**關門大吉了！可惜！
豆花
⁃ 江記東門豆花：在東門市場內，靠近羅媽媽米粉湯。信義路金山南路口往東門市場走，第一條小巷子左轉進入在右手邊。豆花細緻，配上花生實在吸引人。冬天熱豆花加點薑糖更佳！
刈包
- 一甲子餐飲刈包：康定路祖師廟前。中午永遠大排長龍！焢肉飯很有名！
⁃ 藍家刈包：台大夜市青蛙下蛋奶茶對面。油水十足！讚！中飯的絕佳選擇。吃過不再去買是很少的。update: 漲價大王！過去六個月漲了20+%。決定暫時抵制！:-(
水餃
⁃ 汀州路上的“全祥水餅”，老先生手擀餃子皮頗佳！比東門市場的更好！我們新的最愛！
⁃ 東門市場的興記林青霞水餃。自從傳聞林青霞訂數千個帶回香港後此店聲名遠播，價錢也節節上升！荷包縮水也還是得吃。
