The way Snow Miser describes her sister is interesting. She doesn't mind what her sister can do, nor that she can fix what she did. But she also feels irritated by her presence, and hates being compared to her.

I rewatched this video several times and I don't see Snow Miser saying/hinting that Heat Miser is boring/that Snow Miser finds Heat Miser boring.

I would love to see the interpretation of Mother Nature from the movie if they ever do anything related to the misers again. I can only imagine the two misers arguing in the back while she talks.
Mother Nature is actually Father nature has been shown before! He’s shown in the “shit” snow miser animatic 😭 but he will be back in the future
@@gemtrovert1334 I JUST CHECKED THAT VIDEO AND I LOVE HOW HE LOOKS! It's so accurate to the original design! (I especially love that you kept the bird's nest in the hat, one of my favorite parts of the design!) The Misers and Nature have always been my favorite characters from that movie, which is pretty much my favorite Christmas movie, so I'm kinda geeking out about this.
I'd only seen this and the animatic you made for the original, and had seen the cover, but am recently getting into KittenSneeze's channel with more detail, so I'll definitely keep an eye out for both your and her stuff! Thanks for responding!

This struck such a great balance of making snow miser cute while also making it clear why they don't have friends and why there would be problems with their sister
Snow miser in this is the type of person to not actually have any friends but would call everyone they meet their "friend" hence why in the song she sings "friends call me snow miser" while heat miser just says "they call me heat miser"

Honestly, this really reminded me of the original special, especially that moment when Santa warned about the Misers. For all that they can come across as friendly and affable, they are literal embodiments of HEAT AND COLD respectively and do not see life and humanity in the same way we do. And that moment at the end when Snow got that dark look on her face? If she weren't trying so hard to "prove" she's nothing like her sister, when in truth the two are near identical in terms of base nature and attitude, she'd probably have wiped them out on the spot in a flash-freezing fit of pique!

If ya think about it, the snow didn't do shit to the donner party, it was desperation
the snow isn't what killed the donner party, it was the starvation and resulting to cannibalism. and when the remaining people did get rescued, when they were fed some of them ate so much their stomachs ruptured. you see when you go so long without food, your stomach actually shrinks. and when you're given a bunch of food without eating for awhile, you just down it, your stomach can't hold it so it ruptures. that's why when people are rescued now-a-days and they haven't eaten much, they're given rations because they will literally eat so much they accidentally kill themself

I like the character contrast of Ava and Snow Miser. Snow is crazy while Ava is serious and to the point. I would love for Ava and Heat Miser to get a bond over their mutual sassy attitude and seriousness.
Also, why the heck are they even there? I randomly thought "Wait a minute, they walked into Snow Misers house and then immediately had to walk out. What was so important that they go to the literal coldest place on Earth?"

I love how even though Snow miser’s hair is messy it’s still mostly ridged angles, like ice, and how Snow miser is willing to help even though they don’t like it, like in the original movie.
Also how Snow miser acknowledges that they came right out with a musical number.

Cannot believe I didn't see this until now! This was FANTASTIC! The voice acting was SPOT on for S.M. And her attitude is exactly how I imagined. Wild and nutty. Something tells me with her, "brainfreeze" is kimd of litteral 🥶😆.
Makes me wonder why these two visited her in first place though. In the show, it was to get snow for Southtown. Here, the meeting seems more accidental than anything.
Cannot WAIT to see the interlude with Heat Miser. I imagine her being VERY flirtatious with Eva and her friend, but also similar to S.M. in regards to attitude towards her sibling. Also want to see what Mother Nature looks like and how she acts. She is, after all, the only one who can get the Misers to behave.
