I love peppermint but being a Beauty Threapist for 30’years I just can’t use it on my hands when doing pedicures or scrubs anymore ... I’m trying different smells that don’t make my hands hurt . Orange has been good so far x
This foot scrub looks awesome I'm definitely going to try it it's so easy and inexpensive and looks very soothing. I love to Garden in my sandals and sometimes walk barefoot outside so is a result my feet need a good scrubbing at the end of the day this definitely will work

I'm a little confused. You said that sea salt is best but used pink Himalayan salt which is from a salt mine.
My bad, sea salt or pink Himalayan. Basically, just stay away from processed table salt. The grains are very fine and don't work as well.
I just used a mixture of sea salt, Himalayan salt and Epsom salt!!! 💕

Many essential oils are great for the skin and have GREAT benefits for you!
I think diluted in the carrier oil it should be fine
Our Oily House the only great essentials oil that’s actually good for you is tea tree oil
