Last month people said NVIDIA was too high at $900. Now people say NVIDIA should be $1,200. People will have to adjust to NVIDIA new high over and over again. It is not too late for NVIDIA.

NVIDIA hit $1,114 on Robin Hood this evening. Investors (both retail and Institutional) have finally figured out that NVIDIA is the future of technology and that the runway is years ahead and that no one is going to catch them. I think NVIDIA should be a minimum of $1,500 by EOY and possibly more.
While AMAT makes the tools, they likely earn ~$1 for every ~$6-8 a fab makes. But the real profit jumps to ~$12-15 for fabless companies . Hexascalers go big, but spend big too! Now, hexascalers might make even more, like ~$30-40 per $1 AMAT earns. However, they gotta refresh their servers every 5 years, which eats into profits.
This is a very fair analysis. If you’re just starting out in this space, I think establishing a core position in AMAT is timely. Would I love a better entry point? Yes. Will I get a better entry point before the run up in the 2nd half? Not likely. There’s an opportunity cost for sitting on the sidelines. I’ve made worse decisions in my life. I’m a little skittish concerning TSCM; mainly if they get in a war with China. While I think it’s a great stock, I not 100% confident investing in it . Thoughts 🤷🏻♂️

I thought intel meant to be the blue chip in chips…how did their lunch been eaten by nvidia and amd. Can they compete with nvidia now ?……..I don’t like flat revenue, it means they are not growing like intel…. Why not growing during this chip boom, I don’t get it. So no on AMAT. I will buy ARM and SMCI instead. 😊

Why is TSM not Fab Five? Without them, we would find ourselves very far behind in chip development and electronics advancement.
TSM is the fab itself, we call the Fab5 the five equipment makers that TSM needs to make the chips
