This could be one of two things. A) One of those "I'll summarize your video" chatbots, or B) One of those leading comments where 27 people reply and tell you about Flora Elkin's crypto trading strategy. Time will tell.
We don't do the OTC thing around here. No need to bottom feed when there are so many good larger companies out there. TSSI is just way too small as well.
We get that question a lot ;) We recently wrapped up an academic paper on performance for our Quantigence dividend growth strategy and it trounced the S&P 500 over several decades. Researching the feasibility of an ETF is on my to-do list once we've released some of our new tools and reports this summer. Thank you for your interest! Joe P.
Says CNBC: "The company went public through a SPAC merger in the first quarter of 2020 with GS Acquisition Holdings, a SPAC co-sponsored by an affiliate of The Goldman Sachs Group and David M. Cote, CEO of GSAH and former executive chairman of the board and CEO of Honeywell."
This requires more nuance. You're not wrong about the SPAC.. but are wrong to dismiss it because it's a SPAC. In 2016, Emerson Electric sold a majority stake of a division called Emerson Network Power to a private equity group (Platinum Equity). They rebranded it Vertiv and brought it public again in 2019 via SPAC (before the shit storm of SPACs). I associate SPACs with start ups or pre revenue or certainly pre profit... VRT was never that. A profitable global leader before and after it changed hands.
@@T-1000v3ai We have covered over 100 SPACs, just not Vertiv yet. We don't dismiss companies because they are SPACs. This is on our to-do list. What should be of great concern is the massive jump in valuation which - as we know from the efficient market hypothesis - almost always isn't merited in such a short amount of time. Thank you for the background on the company. Emerson is a dividend champion and solid company. Wonder why they spun that off. And yes, SPACs were a complete shitstorm so investors should rightfully scrutinize the hell out of every single one.

Off topic but. When do you plan on having an ETF for Quantigence?

Would appreciate a deep dive on lumen technologies.
Something with revenues on such a sharp downward trend isn't likely to be on our radar. Looks like they own CenturyLink? No wonder they're hurting.
Vertiv (VRT) was not a spac... it was a spinoff from Emerson Electric (EMR)

If I'm not wrong, Jason (Nvidia) pronounced the word "Vertiv" in the latest shareholders presentation call. So...
Someone from NVIDIA said the word Vertiv?
