Twilight Midna Midna’s voice acting in Twilight Princess actually uses English words. They reversed the voice actor’s clips and mixed up the words to make it sound the way it does in the game. People have gone into the files and unscrambled the clips to get the lines you hear in this video.
Midna could still appear in the other timelines, there are many characters that appear in multiple timelines, like enemies, zelda, ganon, & impa etc.. I just wish Midna was in more games, and I know the reason she's not is because her purpose was to be Links Navigation tool, like Fi, Navi, and Ezlo . And those Navigation tool characters don't usually return except for Navi. So midna will probably never return, sadly. She was one of my favorite characters.
