- Ingredients
Eggs : 3 (room temperature)
All purpose flour/maida : 1 cup/110 grams
Sugar : 3/4 cup/150 grams
Vanilla essence : 1 tea spoon
Oil : 1/4 cup
Milk : 2 table spoons
Pinch of salt
Baking powder : 1 tea spoon
For sugar syrup :
Sugar : 1/2 cup
Water : 1 and 1/2 cups
Whipped cream as needed
Cherries for garnishing
White chocolate shavings as needed

There is small mistake in video.... I have added vanilla essence to egg mixture... I have mistakenly written lemon juice instead of vanilla essence.... sorry for mistake

@@shaziyasrecipes yes sure ....but there was a little mistake in what we did instead of adding vanilla extract we added lemon juice...it was good but there was kinda egg taste in the cake

Thank you for the wonderful recipe mam .I tried it and it came out well.but having a doubt in maida measurements.are you sure about half cup maida yu have used? Bcz I got runny consistency then I added extra maida to make batter.plz confirm that
Hi mam,you meant 1 cup (110g) but 1 cup is around 220 g , correct me if I am wrong..that's y I got this doubt .
Measurements are different while you convert cup in grams.... flour is less in weight where as sugar is heavy than flour.... use a kitchen scale .... it gives perfect measurements

No, 1/4 cup is must
Not add that much oil if the egg mixture is fluffy add only 2 tablespoon or 1 half

I used non dairy whipping cream which contains sugar.... if you are using dairy whipping cream add 1/2 cup of icing sugar
