SM adjusted their contracts back in 2009 so that all their artists had a length of 7 years in their contracts with the option of 3 more years if they have international activities. TVXQ's HoMin both renewed their contracts last year after their 7 year period was up. so yes they do have another 7-10 years at SM unless they decide to renew their contracts again after that period, which i think will be the case especially for Yunho who SM seems keen on giving him a director role next to Kangta

All artists are now signed to a 7 year contract but have the option of signing an extra 3 years to the 7 years if they have international activities planed. TVXQ's Yunho and Changmin both renewed their contracts last year with SM, along with SUJU members and SNSD. i think its time that TVXQ5 fans let go of the past.
SM does want them to get back! SM is not run by stupid pple who would want such a major cashcow to be destroyed. even Yunho himself said that SM treated them like royalty compared to other groups at the company becuz of the money they brought in. its common knowledge that all 5 members were the only artists next to BoA allowed to barge into LSM's private office anytime they wanted. JYJ chose to leave and ignored SM's requests for a TVXQ comeback in late 2010. cont
