Yes i agree with the box! We should practice sustainable business. Can’t deny that I love designated petit moi box. But at the end i throw it. One thing i want to share as someone who love to recycle. All the printed stuff on box cannot be recycle and see it became useless rubbish.

We're in totally different industries, but this was very useful management content. Following up is always my problem while managing multi-million strategic accounts across APAC and EMEA while based in SEA with multiple projects running concurrently in the pipeline. Different timezones, while being in the middle made start the habit of creating calendar reminders for every little thing cause it's almost impossible to keep everything on track, but nothing is impossible. Love you sharing this type of content. Please share more management tips. That spreadsheet is so similar to what one of my Aussie client has 🔥🔥🔥🔥

Thanksss alright maybe ill do for the next vlog aighttt! 🙏🏻❤️ but ill give some tips here!
1. Start early! Quicker we start, our tolerance to stress is higher. Dia mcm workout kan, the more we go thru the easier it is.
2. Step by step. Focus on next steps, complete it and move on!
3. Enjoy the process. I surround myself with people I love working with, so its pretty fun rather than stressful. Also I enjoy what am doing too!
4. Be kind to ourselves n were just humans. Kita tak perfect so any mistakes take note reflect and try to be better next time. Everytime i go into hyper stressful environment I think of ways how to avoid this next time. Sometimes its unavoidable, but in those cases I always rather than feel down, i get excited cuz I know am growing!!!
Bonus is that mindset shift! If given a super huge problem say I loose RM1mil for instance bcuz of my decision, ive been using this technique since study days… say loose a million kan. Try going to a kid yang dkt warzone, sorry to say for example a kid in gaza or syria and tell them, u just lost 1mil. U think they care? As they are just trying to survive. So no matter how big the problem is, its not that big really… 🤗 hope this helps!

Thanks for the management tips! Should put those keywords on your video title as click baits/hooks hahaha. In my line of work, we use 'Product Backlogs' to log product issues and track their progresses, and I find it interesting that its similar to your CEO Master sheet. Do share more tips on how to plan out your weekly schedules on your calendar, or how do you do stakeholder/crisis managements etc. It's interesting to see and learn processes from a CEO standpoint you know

i know u’re already a millionaire but managing 12 business at the same time is crazy. reminds me of my mentors advice “if u havent achieve the first million on the first business why bother to open more”. well hopefully those 12 business u own they made 1 mil each at least
Thats true, 6 above the rest no! 😅 it makes sense n i truly believe that too. My 12 businesses is inter-related, each servicing each other as a base n taking external business for example - media business shoots campaign for all the brands i own and also external brands, the aim is always internal to be below 30% of the revenue split while external business does 70%. My ecommerce n paid ads agency the same runs all my websites n paid ads, and does for other brands too. As for my property business, they own the assets and manage the properties whilst renting it out to my other businesses. Cafe business opens up cafes infront of my exising shops store front, sharing the rental with the existing business. So its inter related, that way for me its more of developing like an ecosystem of company which is inter-related, getting more revenue per unit cost, turning cost centres into profit centres n provides value to the BIG MISSION of the group whilst sharing the profits with people that help us get there! Yess but amongst the 10 priorities can pick 1 by 1, n sort it step by step. Depending of which is the most important to u ie. Deadline, risk, give u the most money. You can choose based on the above which u reckon the best for u at that point of time.

Hey, nope nope am on sabbatical now. Mmg not easy! Back then when i was still with AA (last year), I only work on the businesses early morning, at night n on weekends. This is only possible via delegation n selling the dream to people helping me as most they all do the heavy lifting.
