Beautiful. We stayed in Kapa'a a few years ago and this was one of our short day trips to Wailua Falls. Since we were in Kapa'a, we drove south just a few miles across a bridge and turned right which took us to the falls. A must see when visiting. Thank you (sorry, Mahalo!)

Just discovered your videos... love them! I went to Kauai in 2015 after years of wanting to visit. I hope to get back in the next year or two. Show us places to see, touristy and/or something only the locals know. Plus, good authentic Hawaiian food places to eat, etc. Places, to stay... airbnbs, hotels, resorts, etc. Next time I come back I want to live like a local! Can't wait for your next video!

Thanks again for a great, relaxing little drive on Kauai! I love your calm, informative narrations. I look forward to a return trip to the island someday in the future, but for now I appreciate the glimpse that you provide!

Hilo Hattie used to be the original bowling alley until the late 70's, on the way to the Wailua Falls, sugar cane fields were on both sides of that road, that bridge you drove under was originally the Lihue Plantation railroad right of way then it became the haul road for the sugar cane trucks.
