  • Believe it or not, this Christmas present for my wife has been in the works for over 2 years. My "honey do list" is behind...
The "Organized Chaos" bench turned out to be something more then planed. The original idea was a edge grain simple chaotic style bench to get the most out of the cut-offs from food grade products

Production of this shop consists of cutting boards, butcher blocks, cheese boards, coasters, bowls, tables, countertops and more.

just before she walks out of frame you can see her looking up with joy saying a fairly quiet "thank you". That should tell you enough.
Not all internet jumpings of joy are real (most of them are fake as heck). A soft thanks can be just as rewarding, if not more.

The way you were sanding the table during one excerpt in the video, really showed you were thinking of your wife and love for her. May seem a silly thing to say, but the care taken was amazing. Not just a woodworker, but a true craftsman. You do realise you'll be inundated with orders for the same product from now on. At least you know how long it can take you from building this first table, so pricing will be far easier. Loved every second. Hopefully you can pump out some more videos? Man I am so happy to see you working in this new shop. I remember watching you in your garage with that little dewalt planer and all I could think was. God imagine what Kris could do with a shop and you made it happen bro. I'm so glad to see you success on youtube and in your business. I went to school for carpentry in a big coastal city but that means you end up on high-rise doing concrete. But as a younger guy I love seeing content like this blow up. It shows the younger generation that you don't need to sit in an office you can work with your hands and make things people appreciate for the rest of their lives. Thank you Kris and I cant wait to see where life takes you!

@@KrisDeVo Kris hello from Queensland Australia. I watched a few of your videos years ago when you first starting making the cutting boards and you had to drive to another workshop to use some of their equipment. I was blown away back then, on your skills and great workmanship with limited tooling. You still got the job done. I just now clicked on this video and wow, you have certainly got the gear now. I’m so happy for your success. It’s well deserved from all of your hard work. That table is just beautiful. Perfection!!
      Cheers, Pete.

don't hate on sponsorship, it allows a lot of creators to experiment and fail without depending on selling a failed attempt to get by.
