Your request is unreasonable. You want to make use of someone else's property that they purchased as an investment to make money to try and leverage short-term rentals but you will take all of the money from this and the owner of the house doesn't stand to benefit in any way so it would be better for them to simply either manage AirBnb/short term hosts themselves or not allow you to sublet at all, as it wouldn't bring them any income and would only open them up to a risk of your guests destroying the house owner's furniture.
