Hi in the near future I would like to buy 2 two bedrum apartments in Murcia costa calida one to live in the second to rent. Is it possible to pay the taxes bills cost of living etc to do just that. Or do I have to be prepare for scenario that I have to get up and find some kind a job to be safe?

What about citizenship? As a foreigner you can only stay 90 days at a time in Spain.
