Hola acabo de comprar el producto y para los que no se puedne conectar, lo que pasa es que este aparato tiene su "propia" red y hay que conectarse a mi me salio como HNDEC que sale como red wifi sin clave y listo!!! te conectas en esa y ya funciona..... y si funciona muy bien , tambien sirve para revisar las muelas y garganta

Yo me conecto a esa red y después me dice que "esa red" no tiene acceso a internet, y es una pescadilla que se muerde la cola....ya lo podían poner un poco más facil....
Por cierto, el link que recomiendan en algunos videos , siguiendo el link y descargando la App desde un PC con windows10 lo detecta como "VIRUS INFECTED"¡¡¡¡¡, ojo ¡¡¡¡¡

I just bought that one but it won't let me connect to Wi-Fi. I downloaded the app and opened it and not when I pressed. The power button sends me to the Wi-Fi networks but it doesn't connect. What do I do?

It’s supposed to show up as a “Network” maybe check the manual to see if it shows what you should look for name wise

Yup! After I stop the hotspot, the HND local network shows up on the wifi, and allow your setting connect the local network. And it works!

Update I got it to work. I have and android. Using Sly lz app. Turned off wifi, reopened and connected to a network, Hde.... hit connect on app. You may have to change settings to allow the app.
