I honestly think it's the mix of metas you get there, east asian looking country (could only really confuse it with South Korea or Taiwan to begin with), unique language, low cam, stand-out vegetation, unique architecture, unique mix of cars on the streets etc. It's just that there are almost no other countries to confuse it with, even in more difficult seeming rounds
I hope you're not too dissuaded by the negative elo. I for one find the rounds against a strong player like Kirania very compelling even if you do lose in the end.
