This dude in the red sound just like the guy that hit my parked car and said I reversed into him at 3 am in the morning. Thank God my Mexican neighbor had a party and many guest was sitting on the porch. They became my witness and told the insurance company the accident scene. The guy was intoxicated and asked my son not to call the police.He was a teenager and do not know any better.
