    Thank you for posting this! I needed some guidance to tackle this thing. The Gearbox gasket must have been in good enough shape to reuse?

    Thanks for posting this, it was exactly what I needed. Did you replace the bearing on the side opposite the gearbox as well? How did you pop that bearing out?

      You should just be able to use a large socket and tap with a hammer to pop it out depending how "in there" it is. I used that method.

      How do you replace the opposite side? When I tapped out the planer head the bearing came with it and I’m not sure if it’s supposed to go back in the planet or on the planet head! Help! Please!
