The other question is, why would a doctor even ask whether their patients were right? It's really, are they crazy or are they lying. Thank you for this presentation!

I was given LIthium Orotate 5 mg x 2 per day for moods with Lyme by my LLMD. I had no side effects. No withdrawal and very safe. It's been very effective for me.

Could you please describe your symptoms? I have Lyme as well and have horrible insomnia, anxiety, and depression

I came down with Lyme about 3 years ago but was initially diagnosed with Fibromyalgia as is misdiagnosis is common for many of us. Over three years I have had symptoms of insomnia, anxiety, feeling overwhelmed, stabbing shooting pains, tingling, numbness, bad brain fog, high level of fatigue. Overall just feeling awful and overwhelmed. I am on over 30 supplements and meds a day right now though a Lyme Literate Internist and Naturopath. I have Lyme, mold and high level of SIBO. The Lithium Orotate is extremely safe and worth you doing some research on as it has generally no side effects that I know of. I don't think you would have any withdrawal if you missed a dose. I have no idea why this isn't given as a first line instead of traditional antidepressants that have so many side effects. Although I think it would be with caution if taking along side antidepressants. Would likely need a doctors advise on that. I would have not gotten this from my primary care physician as she would have likely never heard of it. It was prescribed by a Lyme literate doctor and I got it from a compounding pharmacy and can be pricey You can get it over the counter but you have to be certain it comes from a reputable source and contaminant free. It is one the more helpful things I am on and has been very helpful for moods. I found I was crying a lot of days just out of the sheer feeling of being incredibly overwhelmed and not able to cope with the symptoms and fatigue. Please let me know if you would like more info or other things I'm on as we all need each other in the Lyme community. We are pretty much abandoned by most in the medical community. @@marketrader1972

Thank you so much for the reply. I appreciate it and I am sorry that you, myself, and others are suffering so much. Can I ask what your age is and if you are male or female? I am a 51 year old male and was in excellent health prior to this. Will there ever be a cure of at at least treatment that puts this into remission? It seems like a lot of long covid/vaccination/medication injured folks all have the same type of symptoms. Maybe something will come out of the long covid research that is reportedly going on all around the world.@@Grndmddr

We grew up in Central NY, ran around in the fields & orchards with no shoes and no one ever got bit by a tick. Can a scientist with integrity please ask the question why?

Times have changed. Ticks have expanded into residential areas from the primarily wooded areas. Carried in by animals, by individuals who spend time out in the woods. Secondly, many people don’t know if or when they were bitten by a tick. Symptoms don’t always appear right away, sometimes they don’t show themselves until months or years down the road.

Just went to a neurologist for bad brain fog and memory issues....was told its due to anxiety. Didn't do that well on memory test though so she ordered a pet scan. Gonna prove her anxiety diagnosis out of the water.
