The liturgical catastrophe since the time of Vatican II, and all those souls who have been lost a result of it. One could only imagine how God the Father, God the Son, and the Holy Spirit, Heaven itself, Our Blessed Mother, Saint Joseph, all the Saints and Angels, and St Michael himself, quake in righteous indignation as to the grave indifference and disrespect with which we have shown to the Holy Sacrifice of the Mass and Our Eucharistic Lord.
Sacred Heart of Jesus, have mercy on us. Immaculate Heart of Mary, pray for us. Saint Joseph, pray for us. St Michael the Archangel, defend us in battle.

Self-worship is the definition of evil, and those who abuse liturgy are not worshipers of God and the Mother of Christ. They only worship their egos.

I went to an Anglican service for a funeral back in 2013 here in Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada. The Anglican mass is wayyy to similar to the Novus Ordo Mass. This 22 yr old man demands a return to strict tradition!

No wonder the Novus Ordo is prone to corruption and liturgical abuse: i feel the Novus Ordo was created to cater to the "ecumenical" Protestant/Evangelical whims of undisciplined/unorthodox Catholics who want a "mass" that resembles a bread table gathering (or dinner!) instead of a liturgy that commemorates the solemn sacrifice of Christ at Cavalry.

Become Orthodox. Rome is in schism and his arrogant separation from the original church is now extremely obvious if you have eyes to see. God would not abide liturgical abuses like this in his real church. Nor the rampant pedophilia
The plague is the FALSE SPIRIT OF VATICAN II. The documents of Vatican II actually are quite helpful in the instruction on liturgy, they actually say that no man, be he layman, priest, or bishop, may change the words of the liturgy (Sacrosanctum Concilium 22). The same document also encourages the use of Latin in the Liturgy and should be given pride and place, including the use of Gregorian Chant (heard at the beginning of the video). There must also be a "memento" that Vatican II was from 1962-1965, meaning that it wasn't until five years after the council that the Missal of 1970 (the first edition of the Missal of the Ordinary Form). It was because of the ideas that were propagated through the Church from the time of the 1960s (where it was rife with influence of the hippie culture) that the priests at the time were being raised to the episcopate that (while some were rather orthodox and quite solid) would be appointed to sees (dioceses and archdioceses) and would propagate those hippie ideas. It has now come that those priests who were ordained from those bishops are now being raised to the episcopate and the influence of the previous generation is now coming to fruition. Soon our ideas, as the Church will be being brought to fruition, but it can only be done by following each person's true vocation (married, priesthood, or, religious). If we actually do this, which is very hard, because it is our calling that with which we are dealing, we can do our part by preserving the Church and propagating it!!! With respect to the abuses, they are from those falsely propagated ideas that were wrought from that era. There are many good priests who will say the Ordinary Form very reverently, especially priests from the Canons Regular of St. John Cantius, the Missionaries of the Holy Apostles, etc., etc., etc.... In all charity, so that we can have our moral compass always facing toward it (at least for me), I am inclined to believe that such egregious liturgical abuses (such as the ones shown in this video) are, in general, the minority. God bless you all!!!!

@Monica Sherman Sorry, but Vatican II fails in other ways besides liturgy, which it messes up with its ambiguity that otherwise did not exist beforehand. The worst pre-Novus Ordo low masses look really reverent compared to the average clown mass. Vatican II teaches the heresy of religious freedom.
I converted in 2005. Believe me or don't, but the post vatican 2 church has been thoroughly protestantized. I was born and raised protestant, church every sunday morning, sunday night, and Wednesday night for 20 years in four different mainline and evangelical denominations. The novus ordo is a protestant service.

Orthodox just refuse to return because Orthodox patriarchs would submit to his Holiness the Pope the Vicar of Christ. Actually there's not even a single Orthodox Church because there're a lot of patriarchs like from Antioch, "Constantinople", Jerusalem, Kiev, Moscow, Alexandria.... they're the leaders of various churches but claiming that there's only one Orthodox Church but there's no true leader among them. Of course in the Catholic Church we have the arch-bishops, patriarchs etc. but they're all in communion to Rome, the Pope and to Christ.
Orthodoxy is not the "right opinion"n they just claim it and sticked to the last dogma before 1054, in 1054 A.D. that the Church OF EAST (Orthodox Church) separated from the CHURCH OF WEST (Catholic Church).

The Orthodox Church is the Church established by Jesus Christ Himself, the "reason" Orthodox do not commit apostasy by becoming Catholic is because the West has fallen to herecy. The Filioque was condemned at the 8th Ecumenical Council, which was accepted at the Council by the Latin Patriarchate at the time, therefore your Theology is self-condemning. Furthermore, your doctrine of Papal Supremacy was condemned before it was even invented, by none other than Saint Gregory, Pope of Rome.

Orthodox refuse the Filioque, but refusing it si like denying the Trinity which is formed by the 3 figures of the Father the Son and the Holy Spirit. You refuse the connection between the Son and the Holy Spirit and bot of them are not connetced and only connected by the Father, is more like a hierarchy than a true Trinity.
Then there were political matters where the Emperor of Constantinople with the emperor refused many times the figure of the Pope enforcing the Caesar-Papism ideology.
I repeat as before , Orthodox sill never return because the patriarchs position would be inferior if they will submit to the Church and to the Vicar of Christ.

I'm new in the church and I see it. I am so saddened by it, I hope it gets better. Going from one parish to the next trying to find a good church. Same as what I did when I was protestant :( I pray that nobody stops going to church because of this big problem
Go to a traditional Catholic Latin Mass. You won't be disappointed.
Go to any Eastern Orthodox church in your area (led by any Eastern Orthodox jurisdiction) to the Divine Liturgy at Sunday morning. This is the true Church, founded by our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and His apostles. This is one, holy, catholic (=universal) and apostolic Church - the Body of Christ, which Head is He Himself, not the pope of Rome. Nothing has changed for 2000 years now in the Orthodox Church in sense of dogma, liturgy, or canonical order. Only our pastoral and missionary activity in the world can be modernized, but not our style of worshiping, nor theological doctrine of the Church.

I wish you were correct. You're not. These are more than typical of the questionably valid, definitely illicit novus ordo masses today. I couldn't take it anymore. I bailed. Only attend Latin Masses now. Beauty, dignity, SACRIFICE of the Mass as it was for 2,000 years, not a meal as it's been portrayed for the last 50. The true Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity on the altar, not a symbol served at the meal. Facing God in the tabernacle, not facing the priest as ringmaster and entertainer in chief. I can understand your confusion; hardly anyone can tell the difference between a so-called "catholic" mass and a protestant service anymore. Heck, often the Episcopalians are more reverent.

Very sad, but maybe an accident rather than deliberate? A fragile statue is carried by four men on a platform, which is asking for disaster if there's any wind or uneven movement by those carrying it. There's a video of everyone screaming in a service in a church when a statue is carried out and falls off. A ridiculous and avoidable situation. Statues should stay put!

this video is strong. the ending so strong. While there may be indifferences in the Church now we can never doubt the ongoing good being done as well. It's a time of renewal, and videos like this stand at the forefront of public awareness, and so much is true. God works miracles!
I am sad because of the abuses that the priests did. But abuse is abuse, and should be condemned, whereas there are beautiful liturgies of the ordinary form. I am rather young only 2008 coming to first contact with TLM. But during my childhood our priests were doing beautiful liturgies (of the ordinary form) and it draw me near to the altar. That is why I became a Catholic priest. If we stick to what the Church prescribes, celebrate with dignity, reverence, incense, etc, people will be touched. Intonation, genuflection, emphasis on the words and gestures of the consecration, that is all part of the Mass whatever form it is celebrated.
And let me allow few more sentences. The words of St. Michael were spoken to the children of Fatima in 1916, more than 50 years before any post-Conciliar Mass was celebrated. And if the angel spoke about "outrages, sacrileges and indifferences" in that time, it means they were happening as well, though in a different form. That is why if we keep the right approach (with regard to sacredness, our gestures, etc), we are on the right way, no matter what rite we are celebrating. God bless you all!

This looks like the 1965 interim rite, with deacon and subdeacon kneeling behind the altar and a tabernacle in the middle of the altar. That arrangement didn't last long, obviously. I think the rationale was to just rotate the altar toward the people, so the priest still faced the tabernacle.

Of course we all know that just because something comes after something else, it doesn’t mean the first thing caused the second thing. However, quite often if an event follows another event then it was caused by the first event. Vatican II and the novus ordo mass were followed by the emptying of the churches, mass resignation from religious orders, gay bishops, apostasising of many of the faithful and all sorts of Eucharistic and liturgical abuses. Did Vatican II CAUSE all this? Maybe yes, maybe no. However, why won’t the Pope, the church hierarchy, modernist catholic school teachers and the catholic media at least ask the question? It’s time to debate the notion, did Vatican II cause the massive and widespread destruction we have seen in the church in the last 50 years?
As a doctor, if I see someone eat lots of fat and put on 50 kg and then develop diabetes, I don’t automatically jump to the conclusion that their diet caused their diabetes, however it does enter my mind and rank as a likely possibility. It seems that the modernists (Pope Francis included) refuse to acknowledge that our problems might just be caused by the disaster that was Vatican II and the novus ordo mass!!!
Right! The first thing we learn in statistics is the first thing most forget. Correlations don't prove causality. But they don't disprove them either. Although the content of the VII docs were mostly orthodox, Gaudium Et Spes did contain language that denied original sin and promoted secular utopianism. In justice, it needs to be mentioned that this picture of the obnoxious dancing girl, shown at 3:11 in the video, ought not to be included in the collection. The circumstance, in relation to that picture, took place in the Cathedral of Cologne, Germany, but in no way was it permitted under the watch of Cardinal-Archbishop Joachim Meisner. The picture shown was the result of a rude, frightening interruption that took place around the beginning of Christmas Midnight Mass. The obnoxious dancing girl, associated with Femen, was escorted out of the cathedral, though not without struggle; Meisner was unfazed, but simply because he was witness to so many terrible things occurring in his Archdiocese that may have been out of his control. That picture was added as a reflection as to how far the former Christian West has spiralled into apostasy, where baptized, fallen away Catholics have turned against Holy Mother Church. That we are reaping the whirlwind of the ongoing apostasy these last fifty plus years, and at the forefront of this war against the Bride of Christ have been recruited the sons and daughters of the Church... a daughter which that young girl probably was. Satan turning the Children against their Mother... the Holy Catholic Church.

I'm just concerned, though, that people might think that in the case of the obnoxious dancing girl the late Cardinal Meisner permitted liturgical abuse in his own cathedral, when this was not the case. I mention this part because in all the other pictures, there is the grave implication that the clergy permitted liturgical abuse under their watch and saw little to no problem with it, and Cdl. Meisner may end up getting lumped in with this group. Even our early saints were trained under these Heretics... St. Jerome was an avid fan of Origen's writings and Lactancius' writings and both are heretics... St. Cyprian of Carthage constantly read the writings of Tertullian and Tertullian is a heretic..Origen is a heretic, but he died in communion with the Church.. Does that make the Saints and the whole church Heretics??

Compare Novus Ordo and tridentine Mass?
Like comparing sleep with death, they are two incomparable opposites.
The former is in autopilot in leading an "unguarded" soul astray while the later is in autopilot in leading a "misguided" soul aright. The former depends on the mercy of "holy" priests and bishops to save straying and confused souls due to it "continuous changing nature" as originated from the "rush rush" council that brought it about while the later exposes "unholy" priests and bishops, making it almost impossible for souls to lead away from the right pathway except those who willingly follow the such wolves.
But brethren, do not be perturbed, do not be a judge unto them rather be solicitous over your own deeds and care much in your own salvation. Do not lose courage, hold unto your faith and tradition as you originally received I tell you, because Apocalypse 22:12(D.R) says; "Behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to render to every man according to his works".
So brethren, we are in a "changing world" of an "unchanging God", the world created a "changing" church for a "changing world" which couldn't fit with an "unchanging God" and His "unchanging gospel", so they have decided create for themselves and do away with any opposition to their "changing god" of their new "changing religion" with a "changing gospel" according to a "changing world", proclaimed from the high altar created in place of the altar of the "unchanging God" of the "unchanging gospel" in order to create a continuum. But unfortunately the crack between the "homocentric" religion and the "theocentric" one continue to widen and getting more obvious.

If you have free time read meditatively, Matt24:1to end, read also Apocalypse 2:8-29, 3:1-21, preferably with "Douay-Rheims version".
Remain steadfast in grace brethren, as we pray for His mercy upon us for our unworthiness. May the Virgin Mother, Queen of Apostles and the Help of Christians continue to intercede for us as we make effort to harken to her call to pray the holy Rosary devotedly and daily.

That the Holy Sacrifice of the Mss is you and I, taken through space and time and are present at Calvary...
That one way to understand this is to look round at Holy Mass on Sunday, at those gathered round. One's outward comportment is a reflection of one's inner belief. Look at the casualness and indifference with which people go up to receive our Lord's Body and Blood in the Most Holy Communion. Does the outward comportment of those at our parishes on Sunday, reflect that they truly believe that they are truly present at Calvary? That all of Heaven is present in that parish of ours to witness the sacrifice of the Lam of God... Calvary made present?

Catholics DO NOT believe that the Pope is absent from sin. We believe that the Pope is as sinful as we all are. HOWEVER, whenever a Pope teaches something OFFICIALLY (ex cathedra), then the Holy Spirit is there with him, and is absent from error (infallible). The last time the Pope defined something infallible was during the 1950s when Pope Pius XII defined the Assumption of Mary as an article of faith.
It is wrong to say that the doctrine of Papal Infallibility was invented during Vatican I. In fact, Papal Infallibility was clearly seen in the Early Church Father's writing.
