Right everyone is saying Baekkel’s part should get him SOTY but I’d say Gabriel’s is nearly as great here! Baekkel has some good variety but a lot of his clips are big rails and/or sketchy fast rollaways. Love watching them both but thing Gabriel has put out a more complete set of clips this year.
its crazy how numb I've become to seeing dudes 50 the biggest rails you've ever seen in your life. Yet multiple times throughout this video my mouth was left wide open from how gnarly the rails Baekkel was skating. 10/10 from start to finish.
@@DannyB-t6k I just don't think he's as good as the soty hype. I think Suciu should have won that year. The big tricks he did for soty that year, people did better ones at those spots right after. The hill bomb, someone did it switch. The kickflip carwash, a bunch of people have done better. I'm not saying he's bad though. He goes big, but that's about it.
Being from the same town as Baekkel, seeing him skate since he was like 6 years old. We all knew he was going places, but never on earth did we imagine it would be this big!
