You better reuse the flooring cover. It's too expensive to rip it out and toss. Use a blade to cut at the seams and then store it somewhere free.
I went back & watched every video you do. I would to video as you did but I only have a personal photo album of my work. You have grown fast from your first build. Stop saying you don’t know stuff, you are a building professional & can learn everything you need to know. Great work man. Don’t buy in your own name. Everything should be in company name & borrow in a company name. Good luck with all you do. Remember positive cashflow is king- to build with!!!
Thanks for the cost breakdown in your videos. This helps a lot.
I had a parent from my day care lost his job. So I gave him a start at my building co the next Monday. He was a hammer hand , cleaner, man Friday & worked for me for 35 years. His personal home is worth 3 million, as he took my advice & rebuilt his home on an expensive block of land he already had. My moto was
WE ALL GET RICH TOGETHER
You're a good man, need more of you. Thanks for doing what you did.

Keep the flooring sheet!, In the UK we use them for anything and everything, protect stair cases, windows, lower corners of wall between drywall process before painted to save corners from getting chipped, wrap them around appliances while work goes on around them (washing machines/dryers), so many different applications. Especially for any future projects, great video as usual mate
I am 70 now. I started building my own home at 18. But real estate agents convinced me to sell each home. By the time I was 30 I had my first million. I kept homes one in every 5. I wish I never sold any homes. I had 27 investment homes. I was Australian registered builder. I also had 5 business. Bricklayer. Carpenter. Investment. Day care owner. Real estate professional. Seminar.
Keep going but tell to much.
Case, thanks for being transparent with everything from start to finish, frame, incidental costs, building materials, etc. Regarding the vendor's list. Are they only available in a certain area (Houston, TX) or do they travel across the U.S.? This is how you will be blessed by helping others build their dream homes. Peace & blessings. I've subscribed.
Houston area only! Thanks for supporting!
Tell the plumber to use clear primer on the top out
Nice did they apply a clear coat sealer? What application did you use to keep wet areas from getting too slippery?
Did i miss the electrical and insulation vid
Interested to see if it stains.
@caselucasrobinson Hello, just a heads up that concrete will kill your back over time. Pay attention to this as you said you are going to build again. Also, if your child falls on it, it's going to hurt... I built my work building in wood due to this and it has served me well young man. At any rate, you're doing a swell job on the build! Your drive is contagious.
Did they fill your expansion joints or cracks?
Did you ever say what bank you used to get the loan to build. I'm trying to be my own owner builder but can't find a bank that lends to owner builders. All of them want a licensed home build
Where are you building your house? Do you work with any post construction cleaning companies?
I'll give you three likes if you open up a future video by driving by the Stud Pack house and honking at Paul and the boys.
OMG YES I SECOND THAT !!!
@@Esiddik That last rental he built is like a couple miles away from the Stud Pack house.
@@weekendhomeprojects ayyy thank you!! I’ve been tranna pin point the location 🤣🤣🤫🤫 our secret though. Don’t tell anyone
@@Esiddik Actually, 32 miles away...but still dang close considering there two of the few RUclipsrs I watch consistently.
One thing to know is that there is not enough natural sunlight in your build design concrete floors are pretty bland but cannot beat the price😅
