Accurately tracking our business finances - since we are new at this. Also, in 2022 I want to eventually switch to a percentage based budget (for our personal finances). You always provide great content that helps me a lot! Thanks Rox!
Great goal! I'm still struggling to do my business finances consistently. I'd like to review things every month but it is basically every other quarter right now...but mostly just at tax time 🤷♀️ How's percentage based Budgets going?
But an legit response to your question at end: definitely want to cut down my alcohol spending and instead of contributing to a traditional 401k, go all Roth 401k for 2022. Those are the 2 biggest changes I want to make
Ah yes, I should probably spend less on alcohol in 2022 as well. Making the big switch! Why did you decide to go all roth? Is your traditional as full as you want it to be for retirement or was the decision based on your tax planning for this year, or some other reason?
@@financerox I’m actually going to refrain from answering as it’s actually for an economic/political reason. So I really don’t want to spark a debate with someone 😂😂 but if you were truest curious I can always send a dm over Facebook
I switched after learning about RMDs because I realized those would significantly impact our tax strategy. So I was mostly just wondering if you switched for the same reason, but no worries you don't have to share anything you aren't comfortable sharing!
⭐What didn't go well with your finances in 2021?
⭐What do you want to change about your finances in 2022?
