    James, great interview. I didn’t realize I was supposed to check your GPA before asking you to work for CEAD. I have never checked any applicant’s GPA. I have found work experience, recommendations, cover letters, and resumes are much better measures. In your case, I went with Dr. A’s recommendation. Turned out to be a good decision on my part.
