Just got back from Thursday’s training camp. Really nice facility and the camp was well organized for fans. Easy parking, lux bus shuttles from garage to camp. Harbough actively involved with players. Last year, at Costa Mesa, Staley was hardly seen. What a difference!!
Wow that breakdown of QJ and noticing that he has a tell is incredible, hopefully the coaching staff has spotted this and brought this to his attention so he can correct this.
Qj has had better body catches than that lmao. The DBs were told to back off. Using his hands to catch was always his issue, especially when Steve smith analyzed him.
I ain’t falling for this again. He did this last year looking great in training camp but ass in regular season. I’ll believe it when I see it on the field
His drop rate, 4.5%, is actually better than the league avg, 6.7%. His problems were, the drops came at crucial times and his catch rate was really bad...177 out if 191 eligible WRs. Between Sanjay Lal and QJ's offseason work, I'm looking for a big sophmore season.
Dean Leonard was just obeying the "Tempo Rule". No diving, jumping, rolling, running through people. Harbaugh didn't want people jumping and contesting catches...SMART
I don't believe anything until the season. He is fools gold. He gets bullied by CBs and plays small. Once the pads come on and he gets hit a few times we'll see where he is.
4:57 idk if this should be treated as the highlight people are using it as. If he had to jump up to high point the ball i get it but jumping up to body catch a ball when he should be working on reaching out and grabbing it with his hands makes me feel less confident about his development even if the overall play was good. Edit: I made the comment before watching your segment and I totally agree with you that people are hyping up the play way too much
Lynn Swann used to jump.up and body catch like that, Michael Irvin is another I recall catching like that. The ball is more secure against your body, you reach out your hands and the defender swipes one of your arms and it's an easy break up.
Can someone train with QJ to high point the damn football. There is no reason to have that build and not be able to use it. Julio, Dez, Marshall, Megatron, Odell, Larry, even Vincent Jackson could do it, so can he. It’s an important aspect of being any kind of dominant receiver at his size
That first catch right there has me soo friggin pissed. That shows me he hasn't learned a thing and not even trying. There was absolutely NO reason to let that catch get into your body.
Seriously, if he would extend his hands and use his height and arm length, it would keep the CBs from picking it. It makes me think he still doesn’t have confidence in his hands but using his body as a safety net.
Bro I love your enthusiasm! You’re putting good content out ! But you’re killing me with QJ training camp hype that’s all you played last year. His highlights from camp.Just make sure to keep in mind it’s not game day! He produces there then you can warrant the hype
I don't like the fact he is still catching with his body. Also, if you remember last year, he had great training camp clips and look how he did in the season..
Don't want to hear all u QJ haters out there anymore.Hes either our guy or he's not.Your a either a charger fan or not.Crucifying this guy for a bad rookie season when he's drafted like 22 ? Not top ten like MW who everyone adores, but seem to forget sucked out of the gate and never stopped getting hurt missing big game after big game.Dont be on here during the season saying "I knew he could do it" cause it's too late then...receipts are in the comment section and you all look like bandwagons
I think on that jump ball touchdown to QJ, I've seen a lot of people still saying "Oh, he didn't use his hands." But on that play, at least from what I saw, it was just a lower throw than you would like from Easton on that specific play. If the ball was higher, I'm sure Q would've at least attempted to hands catch it, but that ball was too low for a guy of his height to be able to jump high and still hands catch it
Us Bolts Fans were brainwashed by his great play in training camp last season What Happened in Regular Season DROP DROP DROP. Don't mean nothing in training camp bring that game day Sunday's
Quentin Johnston having 2 good days in a row bro that's it he's going for 2k yards receiving this year 😤⚡
Justin Herbert was 8 for 12 not 14 ⚡⬆️
Yea no
I don’t understand the hate on QJ.. this guy is going to be amazing this year!!
@@aaronsharp6417 Quinton Johnston is going to be a problem 💯⚡⬆️
I think there's early improvement with QJ! But the head down thing needs to stop!

It’s Harbaugh . Don’t disrespect the name sir 😂
Analysis was crazy 🔥
Bruhh that route running from McConkey was nice
If QJ only did Training camp he’d be a Hall of Famer. It’s the actual game day production I want to see. Anyways… Ladd’s RR was a chefs kiss 👌
True. QJ did great in camp last year but sucked during the season
Good stuff....Look forward to your analysts this season
love the channel and been following you for a while. Thank you for your takes on the team that we all love.
Also, suuuuper pause at 8:45
🤣
Him Harbaugh I love the confidence he gives these dudes, mentality is half the battle
Glad to see your channel growing bud. Go Bolts!
I’ll believe it when I see it. I have more faith in big Ladd dawg. Bolt up baby ⚡️⚡️⚡️
Wow that breakdown of QJ and noticing that he has a tell is incredible, hopefully the coaching staff has spotted this and brought this to his attention so he can correct this.
If I remember right, they are not supposed to be jumping without pads on which might be why Dean just had his hands up.
good to know, I swore I read an article last week saying he's at risk of being cut!
I agree with you
Great breakdown and analysis Michael! Thank you
Harbaugh knows that QJ needs a confidence BOOST to see the best version of QJ.
Qj gonna shine this year.
Good consistent content on this channel - Congrats! on a job well done
Qj has had better body catches than that lmao. The DBs were told to back off. Using his hands to catch was always his issue, especially when Steve smith analyzed him.
That jump ball from QJ was one day after Harbaugh told the defense to tone down the tempo. Thats why Leonard has his hands up like that.
Bolt Up!!!!!!
I ain’t falling for this again. He did this last year looking great in training camp but ass in regular season. I’ll believe it when I see it on the field
I’m beginning to bolt up so hard right now!!!!!
TULI is balling.
he dropped a pass in the first drill at practice today and was with the 2nd team. l
and the deep ball was an uncontested body catch

Jim has his cleats on

Until he has a good game in the nfl he will be slept on
Pro breakdown
I don't believe anything until the season. He is fools gold. He gets bullied by CBs and plays small. Once the pads come on and he gets hit a few times we'll see where he is.
He's a fugazi until he proves it wrong
Quinton Johnston is going to be a problem 💯⚡⬆️

Think twice about that bolt podcast you go on, they basically laughed at you whenever bringing up QJ.
I don't want to see ANY one hand grabs from QJ .....I just want him to catch the ball... Show everybody his YAC.
Bro I love your enthusiasm! You’re putting good content out ! But you’re killing me with QJ training camp hype that’s all you played last year. His highlights from camp.Just make sure to keep in mind it’s not game day! He produces there then you can warrant the hype
Oh, you don’t know Harbaugh yet. He says things like this to publicly instill confidence in his players. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it’s true. 😂
I don't like the fact he is still catching with his body. Also, if you remember last year, he had great training camp clips and look how he did in the season..
Yeah didn't we hear this same exact thing last year about QJ? Then during the year he worked hard to be a bust who didn't know the playbook
Don't want to hear all u QJ haters out there anymore.Hes either our guy or he's not.Your a either a charger fan or not.Crucifying this guy for a bad rookie season when he's drafted like 22 ? I’ve been giving Q the Staley pass in year 1 😂
Kinda wanna spend my last pick on QJ just to see.

Q Johnson's was a bad pick. I hope he turns things around but I am skeptical.
He is really good in practices but when you put him in game situations he is disappointing!
Us Bolts Fans were brainwashed by his great play in training camp last season What Happened in Regular Season DROP DROP DROP. Don't mean nothing in training camp bring that game day Sunday's
💯
Deebo Samuel and Tyler Lockett are not even close to being somewhat similar players
Yea Q J goes up against 2 dudes. And body catches the ball. He still hasn't learned and never will
It has been one day!!!!!
if he doesn't work out he will be traded. There not going keep him around.
Dudes as slow as a Slug😅
He’s not good. 3rd round wide receiver at best. That being said, where’s he’s going in fantasy, he’s 100% worth the risk
Wasnt he balling out in training camp last year as well?
Yup. Wash rinse repeat
