I have been practicing celibacy for 8 years. It has transformed my entire being. My awareness scares me because I didn’t know what was happening to me. I’m vibrating so high that I can sense anything negatively projected towards me. My celibate journey started when I loss my spouse of 25 years. I was grieving and chose to be single. I was already mediating and doing yoga. I’m now learning the effects of celibacy. God is amazing. This was his plan for me. Spirit lead me and I followed. Thank you for the teachings.
After a 4yrs relationship that left me depleted of all my energy..not in tune with myself anymore, controlled by external validation and such..3 months+ into my journey right now, waking up at 4am to read and meditate before going to work ( roofing industry ) growing physically and spiritually everyday and i love it. I realized how much I love myself and I choose me! I’m doing some therapy, with the help of group support to understand where all of these came from! I cried, a lot!!! But here I am now! First time I did the microcosmic orbit I was high off a eddible, before I could only feel my energy through weed now I can do it naturally .. but I’m a month now in and not looking back. Semen retention was the key I needed to go even hard(purposed drivin). Yesterday after takin some shrooms, I am completely done with weed and all outwardly attachments. Last year when i broke my ankle i have had the experience where i felt an immense energy flowing through my body. I felt a cosmic energy. When i try to explain it i tell people that at that moment i felt God, the energy went from my crown through my entire spine and the only thing i could do was cry because of the euphoria. A question came to my mind... What about sleep eyaculation? It is a loss of energy? There is a meaning or it's just your body regulating testosterone? I would apreciate your opinion about it!
That happens because you somewhere during the day engaged in sexual thoughts, energy got up but didn't get out. Now at night time, your conscious mind that will put up resistance to ejaculating is asleep and the energy now flows out freely in a cheap outlet of wet dreams. The best way to avoid such happening is to avoid entertaining sexual thoughts and anything or anyone that stimulates your sexual energy. That is the hardest part about true celibacy. Speaking from experience, I did 4months and some week, I never loss a seed till I made up mind to have sex again. Stay strong and focused, Brother 💪🏼
