- it hits hard but you gotta be close. the suppressor specialization is an interesting upgrade. i don't think there is much difference in sound but having your target take damage and not know the direction is very useful.

I like this gun. I wanted it to be the UMP.45 of BFV and it has similarities. It will be even better once the Nambu Type 2A is nerfed.
So far its probably my favorite smgs its so rewarding and i always i think of the quote from Fury while using it

I don't know if this gun is entirely my taste, still feel like the Nambu Type A2 still beats it, especially or players like me who can't land the first perfect few shots. Gets me killed all the time.
Also, mind I ask, would you keep the Nydar sight which is x1, it since the recoil is maintainable: the Iron sights or Aperture sights?
i would stick with the 1x sight for easier target acquisition. the suppressor for the weapon gives the Grease Gun a huge advantage when shooting targets who are not facing you.

Good breakdown, Grease Gun is 3btk but goes to 4btk after 10meters, and 5btk after 20meters.
I liked the L,R,R,R setup the best. The slow RoF already makes this thing a beast at hipfiring so I might as well take advantage of other specs.
you should give the suppressor a try if you like flanking enemy positions.

I choose 3L 1R but it doesnt matter right now because BFV server kinda broken. Loss package everyday and damage wont register fast when play in low ping server

Not a bad gun, but ROF is not very good at all. Has descent damage though. CQs you might lose gun fights with other SMGs though.

I can't get used to the slow ROF
stop moving when shooting as much as possible. i kept losing gun fights because i was moving and the slow ROF caused me to miss more especially when the target was moving also, use the suppressor to confuse your targets who are not looking your way.
@@Ji3A3 it's a tough adjustment from other smgs. My fav was suomi, but now I'm liking the 2A. Can even tap fire from distance with it.
i have a feeling the type 2a will be "balanced" by DICE to near useless levels
You should use slwmo for 'quick aim
i used to use slow motion for some of the specializations when the difference was hard to see in real time. but i came to the realization that slowing things down will make the specialization better than it seems so i keep everything in real time except for doing velocity comparisons. i feel quick aim is a definite choice for bolt action rifles when using the 6x scope. for semi auto rifles with the 3x scope, quick aim is a better choice if the specialization in the same tier is slings & swivels.
