It just seems weird that Wes Walker ("director") claims this is AI generated, but I can see footage filmed by another true Director named Gustav Johansson and there is not even mentioned in the credits on Wes Walker's post, and then when Gustav ask for his credit the answer was "maybe I should credit AI", total A-hole with zero morals. I wonder if every business manages to save cost a vast majority of people will be out of jobs. How are they going to do business if no one has any money to buy !
Besides I don't like the idea of sitting in front a machine to make a film. I like how films actually physically bring people together!
I wonder why no one is making a tech that will replace actual physical sports. AI in sports anyone ? No need of players.

Nobody cares about your opinion on Ai at the end of the day. The truth is this was made in a fraction of the time that it takes to do these commercials, they didn't have to pay a lot of people to be on set, nobody had to wear any crazy sensors on their body. Work was processed and pushed forward. This is creativity in the making, the guy who made this designed all these effects and when they should happen. There's a lot of technical aspect to this, linear math is a must -- most "Creatives" can't even do that, they just get weeded out.
It's natural selection, hate it or love it, it's here. As someone who did Macromedia Flash 4 action scripting at 13 years old and I'm almost 40, I am blessed to be in this time of life. Ai is a tool we utilize, if you can't use it, it's your own problem -- don't blame others, blame yourself. You could put the artwork in front and push forward your own imagery / creative process, but can you do it is the question?
Ai will become oversaturated, just like anything, there will be a top 10%, and a top 1%. Learn that this is where the world is going, and there will only be more versions of Ai to generate from. I currently have 13 different workflows that all create videos based on images that I've either gathered from designers or put together myself. These workflows weren't gifted, it's actual work to understand these nodes in ComfyUI.

None of your thoughts or bleating matters. AI gonna be taking more and more and its gonna be getting better and better.
We'll be doing the robot work and robots be making the art lol.
Hopefully it doesnt take too much struggling to figure out how to tax the life and soul from AI proceeds and set up UBI.

Having a job in "the fun industry" is a very fortunate privilege. Anyone who has been able to make an actual sustainable living doing something fun for their work but is concerned about losing their job to A.I. should be incredibly thankful they ever even had a segment of their life working in the fun industry. Not very many people can say they do something creative and fun for work every day.

A.I is a powerful tool. Whoever doesnt accept it as a TOOL to upgrade, he is going to stay behind. Good luck to all haters. It's like people are selling bows and then the gun appears. You cant keep selling bows.

if every single thing in this video or even 80% of the things in this video are purely AI generated, artists are fucked. Because this ad is undeniably fire.

I really like the UA Anthony Joshua ad and I think that the multiple creatives complaining do not accept that art, just like the world, also evolves and adapts with technology for the creation and also for the preferences of the consumers of art. When Lawrence of Arabia was released in 1962 after three years of prepping, filming and production with thousands of creatives and extras, it was an epic of epic costs and human effort. Any movie studio doing the same movie today would employ an army of CGI/AI professionals to make as much of the movie as possible and add the real humans and creatives needed as required. The number of humans needed would be 10 times less than the original. Such a ratio is not going away. It is no longer possible for a movie studio to decide to add hundreds of millions of dollars to a production for the reasons of NOT using AI techniques. Creatives will have to work out how to evolve with the times because there will be fewer jobs for creatives. It is unfortunate, but this is reality.

    1. Not all ai is "stolen art" it depends on the specific program that is used. There are many many free assets that some ai programs are trained on. But frankly i dont belive that it really what worries people, after all it is a simple matter of copyright and it wouldnt make so much noise if it was just that. No the real reason people are upset is because they fear for their jobs. And even if ai was trained in the most ethical way possible they would still be against it.
    2. While i can somewhat sympathize with artists who fear for their jobs, it is undenyble that ai is the future when it comes to visual art- it can do impressive things really fast. It is just more efficent.
I find it really funny and entitled that some artist demand to be payed for their creativity despite ai straight up being a more effective "asset".

Creatives aren’t in trouble A.I can only put together pictures and data that already exists in the internet still can’t beat a creative on something new ... if anything it can help a creative get even more inspired feeding the imagination I say this as a creative myself it feeds my
Vision I’ll always come up with new things that do not exist yet in the net can always improve but ya we can’t compete with what’s already there …. But A.I won’t be able to take away from from say game artists … they tried to make an A.I game with our gamer makers and it failed miserably apparently didn’t make sense what so even try …. Showing that artists are going to be valuable going forward and will be one of the jobs to stick around sadly I’m not interested in that kind of art but being a creative will be big

Businesses are just going to be more efficient they’re just going to cut out all the filler and keep the best of the best same with jobs most people will lose out because robots and a.I will take over a lot like my old security job i left and chose a new career I see security being taken over by ex military and ex cops no more new security guards fresh out of high school asking for job with no security backgrounds what so ever they’ll need people who know the job and are good at it I had a good resume but No military or cop background .. later when the surveillance gets really good and when they launch the drones it’s over for a random employee they’re going to cut out the filler like me but only the best of the best with any job will stay … it’s gonna be about smaller groups it won’t make sense to have an army of employees and huge payrolls that’s over it’s ancient and gives no benefits to the business finically now they’ll all make more money on the back end it ducks but it’s the future and we just have to adapt

To all haters; As much as its true that they used AI to generate images for this ad (mostly the images in the quick cuts parts) AI had nothing to do with the actual direction of this work, believe me. As of now, ai only generates images/video from prompts, theres still a lot of room that needs to be filled by human talent in order to achieve something like this. The editing, compositing, 3D modeling, sound design, etc. THE COHERENCE in the narrative, the direction of the message, the creation of the concept in the first place, these are purely human capacities. Theres no AI capable of outputing something like this. Could AI do all of these in the near future? Maybe. But at least this one piece, is undoubtedly created by humas for humans.

So some humans worked on this piece? It undoubtedly was less than if they didn't use AI. That's what efficiency and lower labor costs means, less workers. The question is for those workers that were displaced, where do they go if their job is taken by AI? Are we just supposed to have massive unemployment and those that have jobs have to pay higher taxes to support these displaced workers? Surely AI companies aren't on their own going to pay higher taxes to fund this unemployed people, it will fall on the rest of us. I remember the Great recession. I had a job. It still wasn't a great time and because of the great recession, my home town of Detroit was pushed into bankruptcy. Like other's jobs and economic success affect everyone. So there's no hating, just simple economics.
