Unfortunately it seems as though that particular store closed down in 2010. The purchase was made on Sunday the 25th of January 1998. The shop clerk stamped the store's address in on the form upside-down but penned in the date by hand.
Just to add a little extra info, the store is officially "UNY" when written in the Latin alphabet, and that location changed names to ピアゴ (PIAGO) before closing. Also the "ozone" in the name is not the english word ozone, but the name of a specific neighborhood in Nagoya City, Aichi Prefecture, Japan, and is pronounced with a long O, something like "o-o-zo-nay"

Japan has their own ways to record the year, you'll see dates written in the typical format, so the current year would be 2020 for example but there's also the "era" year which runs alongside the reign of an Emperor. Since Heisei started in 1989, for it to be the tenth year of Heisei would make it 1999. For those curious, 2019 marked the first year of the era of "Reiwa" (令和) in Japan when the previous Emperor abdicated and his son became the new Emperor of Japan. I also have the pro tech tool kit. I absolutely LOVE it. I recently started my own business fixing and refurbishing electronics. Mainly game consoles and I have a blast doing it. And the tool kit makes life a lot easier.
My greatest birthday gift was a friend who bought me an in box (but battered) red Gameboy Pocket and 3d printed me a classic gameboy cart holder. Those look so much better than mine!

4:20 the stamp is of the shop where the gb was bought. its for warranty, which usually asks for the shop where you bought it and the date. shops stamp it for you so that you dont have to look it up yourself. it seems like the gb was originally sold by Uny (discount store) in Osone, Nagoya (closed in 2010) on Sunday Jan 25th, 1998 (Heisei year 10)
