As someone who has multiple snakes, I can safely say that having snakes for hair would be a NIGHTMARE. They like to reach out for things and wrap around/into things. Anything with a gap or a whole is free game. ANYTHING.
You sit on a chair with a neat design on the back rest for a while, and then try to stand up, when suddenly surprise! They've entwined themselves through literally all of the spaces. It's just one big knot of snake. You and the chair are one now.

We lost our family dog a Pekingese sadly then end was hard and we had to put her down so she was no longer in pain. About two years later my daughter won a raffle from a twitch streamer so our daughter was able to pick the next adorifying creature that the artist did. It ended up being titled Morgy for our beloved pet and it was a zombified dog with a pet worm and missing a leg, chunks taken out of her body and still holding a ball ready to play. It was so cute. I plan on making a custom frame with paw prints along the edge. It was so heartwarming.

The Steve Irwin one made me tear up, as it reminded me of a fire we had back in March 2005 & how 5 of our pet cats died from smoke inhalation. It had a big effect on my mom seeing them all laid out on the grass. One of the cats was my fave, Boots, as she would stay on top of the fridge and always boop me on the head when I'd go to the fridge so she could get pets. She was a black cat with white "boots" on her fet and some white on her tail tip and face. She was an awesome cat. A few months after the fire, we got my cat Smudge who was an all black cat and she was my cat, would always sleep with me and whatnot. She passed away a month or two ago.

When he asked for my order, I asked for a flat white. He gave me a peppermint tea.
It was most definitely not what I wanted but I smiled and said "Thank you, this is perfect."

When Click said he would follow around Satan because he wouldn't know anyone in hell, my immediate thought was “what about us? We didn’t buy vip tickets for nothing.” Then my mind went into story mode.
Click goes to hell and hangs out with random demons that don’t try chasing him off. One recognizes him. “By the gods! You’re the Click! I am a huge fan, quite a few of us are actually. All your subscribers have taken over a corner of hell and have been waiting for you.” This explains why Mark hasn’t run into any yet. The cool demon takes click Mark to a spot in hell that is in the process of being fenced off with a big banner overhead painted with tar and blood ‘Click’s Hell’ there are statues of ducks, land sharks (some are specifically designed as Mango), a Simba a potted plant, and more. Both demon and mortal soul alight are working together to make this nook home. “Hey everyone! The Click is here!” cheers erupt. Mark is shown his thrown atop a platform that could over see his budding kingdom. Below is the beginnings of his mansion, but at the moment it’s a cozy hut. A week after settling in Satan himself stops by and invites Mark to a gathering of The underworlds leaders which is actually just a dinner party with a little business sprinkled in. Mark’s first attendance he is given friendly welcomed and advice on what to expect as a new underworld leader.
If anyone wants to expand on this please credit me.

When in the rodent host, it _seems_ to cause the rodent to _lose fear_ of cats, giving the cats more opportunity to eat them and thereby complete the toxoplasmosis' life cycle.
But, here's the thing: we can't interview mice or rats. The toxo could be causing them to lose fear of cats, or just lose fear in general.
This, "loses fear of cats," then got misreported as, "attracted to cats," which then for twisted into, "ZOMG! Brain parasite makes everyone do cats' bidding!!!"
I have yet to hear of any study demonstrating a correlation between cat-hoarders and toxoplasmosis-infection. I have, however, heard that there is an incredibly high correlation between cat-hoarding and obsessive-compulsive disorders.

This makes sense, add into this in ancient Egypt they noticed the benefits of cats and made it extremely illegal to harm cats.
Around the time of the black plague in Europe, they noticed cats around places where there were outbreaks. They misunderstood this to mean the cats were responsible and killed the cats. The plague got worse in these places. The cats had been there killing the rats that had been carrying the fleas that actually carried the disease. In places they didn't kill off the cats the disease spread less than in places the cats were exterminated.
Cats may be small but they have played an underrated part of our history.

A little more about Discworld's Death: He looks like, well, Death. Tall, very thin, black robe, scythe. He doesn't kill people - he comes to send you on your further way once you died, more or less. And since people die all the time he is the one character that appears in almost every single of the >40 Discworld Novels. At first ("The Colour of Magic / The Light Fantastic") he is little more than a running gag, always failing to get Rincewind, who simply doesn't like the thought of dying very much, but over time he becomes a proper character.
Death has a house in a little pocket dimension. It's black and many of the things in it have a skull theme. He ... well, "lives" together with his servant Alfred who actually is alive and he, of course, has a horse - which is an actual, normal horse. In the past he had tried a flaming steed and a skeletal horse, but one kept setting fire to the stable and the other kept losing things all the time. The horse's name is "Binky". It is quite intelligent (for a horse).
Death, in the later books, also has a Granddaughter: Susan Sto Helit, who's adopted (if you were wondering how THAT works... For more information read "Mort" and "Soul Music"). Together with Susan he saves the world several times. ("Soul Music", "Reaper Man", "Thief of Time" and "Hogfather").
Then there is the Death of Rats, the Grim Squeaker. A rat skeleton with a tiny robe and scythe. It was created during a time Death wasn't there to do his job ("Reaper Man") and nature filled the gap with countless new Deaths - one for each species. When Death returns they all vanish again - except for Death of Rats who from then on will appear here and there in the series.
As a character he is kind of Mister Spock or Data on Star Trek - He finds humans totally fascinating, but is incapable of ever fully understanding them. Especially human emotions are a mystery to him. You see - since he's a skeleton he has no glands to create all the chemicals needed for emotions... So like Spock or Data he is the "outsider" who is used by the author to make comments about human behaviour.
Actually Terry Pratchett, the author of the Discworld books, has gotten mail from fans suffering from terminal conditions more than once in which they thank him, because his character Death helped them dealing with their upcoming end. He is polite and kind. He is caring. In "Hogfather" he takes over the role of the character with that name, who basically is the Disc's version of Father Christmas (called "Hogswatchnight") and who has mysteriously vanished. So while Susan tries to find out what happened to him, Death puts on a false beard and a red suit with a cushion under it and with the help of Albert starts delivering presents. (a little bit like "Nightmare before Christmas" - possibly there's some inspiration going on there). And when he is called to take a little girl selling matchsticks and freezing to death (a clear reference to the story by Hans Christian Andersen) in his normal function he actually saves her in a sweet little tearjerker scene...
tldr: READ DISCWORLD! The books are great.

I'm a mythology buff, and I've specifically tried looking for biblically accurate fallen angels and demons. So far, all I could find was that he retained the shapeshifting abilities of regular angels, with the exception that some forms are dictated by others ("Serpent shall be cursed to crawl on it's stomach", while this isn't a direct reference to the devil, he is often referred to as "the great serpent", so it's reasonable to assume changing serpents as a whole changed his serpent form to match). I came to the conclusion that he probably still looks like a seraphim (the many eyes, many rings, many wings that most people associate with "biblically accurate angels"), although with a human form, snake form, and dragon form. The whole goat thing (baphomet) is a prince of hell, and is a different person. The parable of the sheep and goats linking the devil to goats never mentioned him being able to turn into one afaik, but I am still only around Revelations (I think I left on the 7 spirits of God, revelations 5:6, and the sacrificed lamb)
I personally see the devil as a man who enjoys watching mortals partake in "sins", not out of a want for souls or enjoying watching damnation, but because he likes seeing people be true to what they want. At the end of the day, he rebelled and stood up to his father (God), and he enjoys watching others do the same; living their lives how they want, not to earn the love of a jealous god, but because they want to. I believe he doesn't have a "default form", there is no form you could pin him to, but I wouldn't be surprised to find he has a form similar to the 7 spirits, 7 eyes and wings to represent such. The other angels also have "beast" forms, with eyes and wings "on front and behind" to cover them. I think the devil is a father figure, he doesn't love humanity unconditionally, but we shouldn't expect him to. He partakes in magic and "false miracles" (as I've heard them referred to, mostly by JWs tbf) to stir things up, but he loves humans who simply don't care about a god. He takes under his (figurative and literal) wing people who live life for themselves, people who recognise they are flawed and shouldn't pretend to be flawless for the enjoyment of others or a god. He tries to break faith, because that's what freed him, and he wishes only to free others.

That brought me back to when I lost my childhood cat, Princess. I don't ever remember getting her, I was too young. But she lived until I was 14 or 15. I remember laying with her until she finally passed.

Jenny jinya has comics heavily devoted to grief and I found them right after my dog crossed the rainbow bridge and I cried my eyes out. Repeatedly.

Theory: emotional support demon is a shapeshifter and takes requests to become sensory happiness for whoever! Whatever sensory combination you want!
Emotional support demon also follows slumber party rules and will happily stay over to lay in a beanbag while you Autism ramble about your special interests, AND the best part about that… they’re actually interested and look more into the thing you showed them! For example, if you talked to them about a show, when they leave they’ll watch the show in their spare time and when they come back for more hugs and comfort food… they’ve watched the show!!! Even if its not the whole show they can ask you questions and be equally as interested as you!!!!! God dammit i am lonely… and sad… unsurprisingly, but still…

~23:20 - fun fact: if you translate ‘Cerberus’, you find out that essentially Hades named his pupper ‘Spot’.

I was honestly confused at first, what was wrong with wishing something from Satan. Then I remembered Santa exists. 😅

And Satin. That's the other misspelling that makes me laugh.
