Suggestion for agnipath scheme is
Raise the age bar of service upto 35 yrs which will surely make the forces definitely strong and young
Restructuring the ranks of Jco and Nco with new age bar and service period for promotion.
To takle fiscal problem.
Instead of pension after service Implement NPS as implemented in CAPF forces .

in india we see that we have 50% Agriculture dependent citizens who are directly and in directly are involved in this sector and contribute only 18-20% of GDP contribution .
mostly tier 1-2 cities are industrialized, and multinational companies operate in this cities but we rarely see rural industrialization in which can create huge job opportunities in villages and tier 3 and sub rural areas .
on Agniveer scheme the central govt (MOD) can implement NPS and can reduce the age bar of 14-15 of serving which will cover the govt's plan of making the armed forces young .
but if govt does that it will surely create a Vaccuum for JCO ranks in defence forces which will again be challenging for respective forces and it will a thing to ponder for defence forces
