Topps gilded but my parents did not have enough money to buy me one
New to the hobby but my fiance and I are huge MLS fans we started opening Topps chrome MLS cards.
I still don't understand why people buy hobby boxes when they spend $500 and only get $40 back
For that 0.001% chance to get $10 profit
It’s a gamble for sure. Most of us don’t buy boxes anymore though, just singles.
It’s just the excitement of that small chance you might hit big
This is how people go broke. It’s basically going to the most expensive casino and losing everything. There should be an addiction therapy for this just like gambling.
Same reason people sit on slot machines in Vegas. I don’t get it either.
Honors is such a great concept. I wish I could afford an entire case, but a single box is out of my league. Love to see it opened!

Pulled a Prizm Break Wemby - Topps Bob Ross Short Prints and decent auto /5. Made my money back on the Bob Ross box at least. Its been a good time getting back into the hobby.

My best of the year was 2023 Bowman U... got two hobby boxes one had two /25 autos and one had a Marvin Harrison Rambin Man auto /50. Great stuff its my favorite product. Thanks for the great videos love watching all the different products opened!

We go to our local card shop weekly, I get a few packs in budget (recently mosaic but sometimes prizm/select) and we open them together. Would never sell my cards 🙂 so I never plan on making a profit. We just enjoy the hobby. Thank you for the content!

My favourite cards are Origins basketball, even the base cards look great. Best pull from origins was an Antman big bang, best pull altogether probably a Jalen Williams pink fastbreak auto from optic.

Best product/set I'd like to rip is 2022-23 Donruss Soccer TMall. Cases had 4 case hits each - or more - so kabooms and 1/1 autos.

That mosaic fotl box was on the money! Can't afford any of those boxes but one and one have to be some of the sickest looking cards around. Have to admit i did buy a few jersey fusion boxes just because it was in my price range, and....well?..lesson learnt i guess 💩
