Tutorial: XR100R BBR Big Bore Install

Hey everyone, in this video I rebuild the XR top end because I did not read the directions the first time lol. The piston rings need to be installed in a certain direction (letters facing up).

Nice job working thru it! We all learn from mistakes. I remember my first 2 stroke top end, got all back together buttoned up and was so proud of myself until I saw the base gasket still on the bench to put on! DOH

No, I had installed the piston rings upside down lol

Did you put a dap of oil when you put the cylinder on?

Ya I used motor oil
