I have a seb pressure cooker and am not sure what bit to buy. I replaced the gasket recently but for some reason when it gets up to pressure it lets to much steam out from the weight part? do I need to replace the weight which has to setting cook and let off steam or the valve?

That's the model I own. Currently the gasket being used is a Demeyere pressure cooker rubber ring. Measure the inner and outer diameter of the gasket.
