4:05 It's not an anagram, though, there's a D in "Nagito Komaeda" but not in "Makoto Naegi", and they're 13 vs 11 letters long respectively. You could call it a partial anagram, if you only use the first 11 letters from "Nagito Komaeda", though.
The extra letters makes "da" which the whole thing could be translated into "I am Makoto Naegi"
His name is literally japanese version of Makoto Naegi so don't worry
