I still love how even tho it was the first dialogue, THE NAME OF THE SERIES and the final and most important one, no one still knows how to play squid game, if out of ideas for videos just make defense/offense tier list idk and put kiyo in seesaw for comedic effect
It's because you would have to match up two characters to rank any of them. The game was designed so that once they are down to two players, they then play Squid Game. That's why in the scene before it players are given a knife and expected to kill.
And there lies the problem, do you rank them on how they survive that mini game? Wouldn't you need to rank "Lights Out" then as well?
And if not the Squid Game rules for the show are a bit tricky. You need to pair off characters in a way where they either both voluntarily die or one lives. It doesn't lend well to a tier list. And it might be a bit biased, plus the fact that there are tons of characters who would be too dumb or too reckless to listen to the rules (I don't think they play this exact game in Japan but I could be wrong) and die for that reason.
It's messy, is the TLDR.
