It's good for things with juice in them. Grapefruit juice and Suze frothed up is a nice low-abv brunch or dessert cocktail that I make fairly frequently. You could probably do some Kevin Kos style tricks with methyl cellulose or something to get a cocktail to hold more air and have the effects last longer, but that kind of stuff is more effort than I care to put in.
I was hoping you'd sip the excess glass, and I figured it would taste bad...but you're look to camera followed by whisking it caught me off guard and really made the whole video for me 🤣
