1kg -flour

4 tbsp normal sugar
4 tbsp sugar powder
 deep fried for oil

Hi!Tashi delak,just wanted to share small story guys I spent my childhood in Dharamsala Mcloed Himachal there was a Sanga baklep shop which also had a parrot.in those days Sanga baklep was quite expensive.And we use to eat it sometimes,it tasted very good.when ever I see a Sanga baklep it reminds my childhood.
