    Ingredients of Ingredients:
    1cup milk 1/2 cup water
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1kg -flour
    ghee{butter}
    starch
    4 tbsp normal sugar
    4 tbsp sugar powder
     deep fried for oil

    Hi!Tashi delak,just wanted to share small story guys I spent my childhood in Dharamsala Mcloed Himachal there was a Sanga baklep shop which also had a parrot.in those days Sanga baklep was quite expensive.And we use to eat it sometimes,it tasted very good.when ever I see a Sanga baklep it reminds my childhood.

    Hello, can you show us how to make ngothuk (spinach soup without the flour) . There is not a single video on youtube on this dish although it's very popular tibetan dish.
