Max Marz Thanks ! It really is. Only a 3 minute walk to the Beach & Pool at Badladz Beach Resort :-) Our Apartment tenants have free access to all resort amenities and a generator in case the power goes out :-) Cheers Sean
Hello sir. For someone moving to Ph. Is it better to rent a house, buy a house or buy a lot and build a house in the Philippines? What are the pros and cons? Thank you po.
Sean ResortRebel I read your article Sean. Thank you very much. Very helpful. I think I'll rent until I find my ideal location to build my home. Hope to visit your resort someday.
Hey man, I think these rooms look pretty nice, but the beds don't look very good. Maybe they're fine, but they look like the weak spot in this video. Just my $0.02. Your place looks pretty awesome and would love to visit sometime - respect!
Mike Anderson I started 16 years ago selling beer on the pier then added some food, then rented my motorcycle, then started taking people diving in a little rubber boat, then built 3 rooms, added 6 more rooms, added one room, added 3 rooms, bought a property and built 9 rooms, then added 6 rooms, then built a pool, bought another property and waited 2 years to save the money to build apartments. For 8 years i worked selling dive gear and put all my wages into my business. So No, not rich, just hard working. Sean
Sean ResortRebel Starting with nothing is also a lot of hard work! I have slowly invested in real estate in US and moved here to live off the income it finally brings in and still saving to invest to keep growing. I'm living off less than most would ever do just so I can invest and have more than most will in the future. Its not easy or everyone would do it. Its good to see your hard work is paying off here :)
Congratulations Sean. The place looks great. I plan to see you this Summer. What is the wifi situation there?
Jim D Wifi at the Beach Resort is good. The apartments have good Globe signal so a Globe USB Wifi is best there.
See you soon :-)
Sean
