    This tank is spectacular, great big corals with perfect colours, fish look well fed and happy.

    I love the simplicity and aesthetic balance of the rockwork it gives the tank a calming elegance.....lovely arrangement and placement of corals as well

      Hats off to the client for his directive choices on the scape design. While we provide input into where we believe the corals would be best glued in place, we will always follow the owners requests of placement. And it has proven to be an aesthetic stunner!

    👍🏾 always good to see larger tanks with dosing pumps instead of the usual Calcium Reactor setup gear or Kalkwasser, Thanks for sharing!

      This system allows for a complete balance of all elements, including integration of trace to contribute to enhanced tissue colouration.

    Jaw dropping coral selection in this setup. Red Sea system obviously working well here. Gonna go rewatch Epic tanks episode 1 to compare. The fish size really help us understand the sheer scale of this build, it’s actually mind blowing.
    How often for water changes and do you use natural seawater or salt mix?

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV
      @GalleryAquaticaTV  5 лет назад +1

      We do weekly waterchanges of around 1000L natural seawater. I get in the tank to glue corals in every fortnight, and we ICP every 9 weeks. Cam

    stunning! how you manage to keep hamers so close to sps without having killing them each other?

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV
      @GalleryAquaticaTV  5 лет назад

      The client chooses where to glue corals and I do the gluing. I must say I’m also amazed at how well some of the coral is doing given how jam-packed it is. Cam

    Very cool and simple system! Been dosing aquaforest here... do you have systems on aquaforest???

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV
      @GalleryAquaticaTV  5 лет назад +1

      We run plenty of tanks on Aquaforest. Including our own large DT in store. It all comes down to the customers choice at the end of the day whether their main priority is concentration, brand reputation, $ per ml or ease of dosing regime.

    • @ReefandDive
      @ReefandDive 5 лет назад

      Great thanks for the answer... dosing AF in 2 tanks here.

    Glad it was you under the Queenslander not me mate. What is your opinion on aquaforest vs Red Sea range. I have decided yet but I know my “little bit of this little bit of that” technique is not sustainable. I have a 4 channel doser I could utilise on my minireef 120 when I eventually need to.

    Hey man, I may have missed it but is he using NSW or the Red Sea pro salt

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV
      @GalleryAquaticaTV  5 лет назад +1

      Mne Reefer, thanks so much for the question. We do regular small water changes with natural sea water. The nutrients stay low namely from his massive Refugium. We travel a few hours away to collect the water from the furtherest point on the Gold Coast one hour before high tide for optimal water quality 👍

    • @Robbogolf90
      @Robbogolf90 5 лет назад +1

      Gallery Aquatica TV that’s awesome. I was just asking as you are using the Red Sea supplements. Great news, are you guys based in Brisbane?

  • @26Tackle.reviews

    wy not just use ATI Essential Pro whot does all this in just to bottles if talking about value

    • @GalleryAquaticaTV
      @GalleryAquaticaTV  5 лет назад +1

      There are lots of options on the market, I just always seem to get better results with Red Sea. Having the trace elements split into 4 allows greater manipulation of the levels. It’s not really about cost but about the result. Cam
