While Patrick’s advice may be good and educative, I usually preferred the shirt videos, because they automatically nail the concern or question discussed. But anyways what ever you do is highly appreciated Jim. I wish I had watched your videos before I filed my petition.

Interesting video concept. I personally prefer the short on-point videos that address specific needs. I watch them anywhere, ranging from work to grocery shops. One definitely have to make time to watch this which may happen.

I also would recommend to use less changes on your vedio scenes and shots as I found them a little distracting.
Thanks again, I think you should be given an office at USCIS by Biden to help immigrants. It seems the current administration don't care about immigrants' life and personally I didn't find significant differences between them and previous administration.
Biden obviously lied during campaign about his plans to support immigrants.

You are awesome, thank you, nothing can make you a Republican faster than having to deal with the government. I've tried everything short of sue them, but you can bet I'm going to take so much pleasure in it. Thank you so much for being educational. As far as your videos go and what your friend recommended you do, I believe changing it up from shot to shot isn't the best for when you're trying to pay attention to what's being said. Thank you so much again!

Mr. Hacking. This video style may be excellent for gaming/gamers but the back and forth here will be confusing to many because of the transition. The viewer need to follow the information but instead they will be following these jump cut transitions. The audio from scene to scene will also cause distraction from the video. The only way it works for an educational, informative video like your is to have continuity and you can achieve that by doing a voiceover. You can go back to your original style and just expand on each topic for about 10-15 minutes. Or just shoot them in series. I recommend using a small amount soft dissolve or cross fades transitions for each scenes and voiceover.

Just watched this for the second time, your videos are so informative, because like everyone else we are frustrated with the time everything takes. We only submitted our application for spousal visa receipt date of April 7 this year. We were married in January in Nigeria. We had a lawyer’s help but didn’t know about submitting the health form with everything else. Actually I’m trying to locate the doctors or “panel physicians” that he could visit. Do we have to wait for a request (from USCIS) first?

Hi Syed, unfortunately the lawsuits will not work for all cases. I'm very sorry for the confusion. Lawsuits are still the most successful way we've found to speed up cases but we can't file them on all cases currently. That's why we always go through someone's case with them before we can ensure that the lawsuit would be applicable.

Hi Sam, we're so sorry to hear about that. Unfortunately, we can't do anything either to speed up that process at this time. We're hoping to be able to sue on asylum cases again starting early 2022. I'd keep an eye out, we'll make an announcement when we can start suing on asylum again and then we could hopefully pull you and your friend's cases out of processing! :)

I just finished the video I always like your videos Jim but I all those people lined up without a number in line our dollar signs for immigration attorneys they shouldn't be here in the first place they wouldn't be if we didn't have this disastrous president and whoever's running them letting us all happen to our poor country.
