It's not an app from the app store you can get it from the Autodesk website as it's an additional toolset that can be downloaded from your subscription dashboard of AutoCAD. Alternatively, you can get it from the Autodesk website here www.autodesk.in/products/autocad/included-toolsets/autocad-raster-design

Autodesk Rater tool can do that as well, will share a video about it soon.
After downloading plugins and install will it automatically be installed in autocad
