Probably the best guest you had on this show this season. Very smooth voice and doesnt only agree with thorin would love to see him back again.
Yeah ive never heard this guy on a show before but i do remember him as a player. He is super well spoken and nice to listen to, and has his own brain which is great.

I would like to see Memento on different podcast/league shows to be honest. Id be lying if i claimed to have been an amazing fan but then i also simply had not heard him speak his mind on the game like this. Very well spoken, he builds his case with supportive arguements and isnt simply a yes-man and not afraid to counter-point when needed.
Definitely the best guest you have ever had on the show. His insight was very well explained by him and his communication style was amazing how is he not a regular? Or on the desk??

@XaladinPalantir I've been watching Summoning Insight, Thorin's content, and Monte's content since 2014. I haven't watched every single video or podcast, and I didn't pay much attention to LEC as much the years when Memento was there, as I was mostly watching OGN and LCK, so it's possible that I've simply missed a previous appearance of his. Relax, my dude.
@@roachdoggjr4648 I think Memento was on Thorin's podcast Elitists United with Veteran a couple of times. I even searched his RUclips channel just now and I can only see him appearing once on the search so makes sense you wouldn't have seen him here before. He's a fantastic guest though, happy to see him here.

36:00 - 37:00 completely agree with Thorin here. A good example it made me think of is James Milner. Now, not dissing Milner, amazing player ofcourse. Now, I would rather have a Jude Bellingham as my midfielder. But in some teams, you just gotta have a workhorse like James Milner, who adds tremendous value to a team.
If KC want to waste Upset and probably just use their Academy guy next year anyway, Heretics should just see about trading for Flakked for Upset. Flakked the only adc to have success with Targamas, too 😂 Could be what both teams need.

A concept I'm wondering about is whether teams could instantly get better by deciding "when it's ok to start taking game losing plays." I believe it's only ok to take them if the trade is that much worse than the likelihood that the play, if successful, is game winning. If you're a over aggro team, all you need to do is decide on a power spike, only fight advantageously, and trade if disadvantaged (never fight outnumbered until at least power spike)
If you're too passive, your win condition needs to communicate their power spike, and then your designated shot caller picks either, peel or engage. You only do that until it doesn't work. Switch if win condition dies or can't do their job.
In other words, herald and early dragons are never worth taking an under numbered fight unless it's a jungle steal.

As a Jankos fan. I want him to either join VIT or TH to replace Flakked with a crownshot or Upset and zwyroo for abbe or nemesis.
Crown as said is a demanding player with a voice but i think TH miss a "carry" voice they have great players but need a good carry player.
Replacing flakked with jackspektra would help

If firepower is your issue then you don't need to cut anyone from Heretics, just put perkz back in, he's a much better carry than Zwyroo, who really only showed up for like 3 games in playoffs, compared to all the afk farming games he had majority of the time. You can't expect Jankos and Wunder to pop off every single game.
Yeah… being this average team clearly isn’t gonna get them anywhere so they should just coin flip with Perkz either bottom half or chance at top 4 so they can go worlds
